Q 20: Is't it Indian Councils act 1909 which gave Indians representation in the legislature for the first time? I mean it gave separate electorates to Muslims.
Q31, It is the Judiciary, not the CJI, as it is not incumbent only on the CJI to be the sole protector and interpreter of the Constitution. Other Judges of the SC or HC also have the same responsibility. Eg Fundamental rights and Writs.
