Today traffic jam was horrible at Dimapur Town because of NSSB EXAM .But i give respect to all the Dimapur Traffic police Who always worked with dignity and hardwork. Guys please don't always blame the traffic police sometime used your common sense and appreciate them also. ♥️♥️🙏🙏
Although I haven’t appeared the NSSB exam, this short interview brought relief and good laughter. This is not to judge the interviewees who were put in a spot at that moment however, as someone who has been through the exam process for sometime, the standard of preparation that our people (most people) put in for any kind of exam is discouraging. Competitive exams are not for everyone and having to waste months and years on lukewarm preparation can drag us down in life. Dear Parents, if you are reading this, you know your children well. encourage them in sectors that they are good at. We have to stop putting our children to exams just because of the name or fame or a secured govt job. Students, know your passion. And before you venture into this exam process, ask yourself a big question as to why you want to join the govt services? If you are unsure of your capabilities or passion, give it 2-3 attempts max. If you do not clear the preliminary stage by then, move on. If you do clear it, consider it a right direction you are heading to. This is not to discourage but rather encourage the youths to take up work or services of their choice and excelling in it. Godspeed!
out of appeox 50k candidates, some 30k is just students applying for it bc others are applying it n the remaining educated unemployed youths applying without n prpper prep...only few hav prepared well..soo the competition of this exam is comparatively less.

Irrespective of whether it was intentional or not, what will this people do as they go back home and see their faces on people's status, being portrayed as ignorant and illiterate. Truer note....faces should be blurred. if we're interviewed all of a sudden we'd be nervous for sure. We might not able to reponse/answered correctly even if we might know the answer. We all have different character and personalites. Some are smart of course and some are socially awkward so introverts or socially awkward people like me i felt sorry for them. Positively if one's accepted as challenges they'll do even greater but if other's taken into negativity they'll face embarrassment and discouragement. Can break someone.
Firstly, kudos to Hornbill TV and its Team for reaching out to the aspirants. But hey, why are we trying to use the people for raising TRP? I am sure, a lot of aspirants they interviewed gave the correct answers to their questions. It is unfair to victimize people just because they failed to respond properly to an interview that came out of the blues. Appearing in front of the camera is not everybody's cup of tea. When you are tensed and mentally busy on something else, display of composure can be difficult. Victimizing people through all these are a matter of concern because it contradicts with the art of professionalism. I really hope, Hornbill TV and its Team would look into the matter in the near future.

Whether it's nervous in front of the camera or not how on earth can't they answer the full form of NSSB?? This is the reason why quality education is important in our state. Acquiring a name sake graduate certificate and don't want to work like non locals which is in fact creating more unemployed youths in Nagaland.

NSSB is unorganised, today many candidates got late because of traffic jam. There should be an option to choose area of examination centre, which would have reduced the rush hour.

The question was very basic and easy. May be the logic was to let people clear with almost equal marks.. And the deciding result will be done by skill test and interview. And thus backdoor kaam start.

Why though? Tbh the reporters did a good job as this exposes the reality! For how long are we gonna excuse this kind of casual behavior of the youths! I am guessing through this at least some sense was knocked into the heads of some of the youths. Things won't change if we keep on looking at everything as something negative. This would not have been something embarrassing or shameful if the candidates were knowledgeable as the questions were not even hard AT ALL!

Well its the first NSSB exam in nagaland what did u expect. You expect a 4 year old to know the alphabets on his first day of school? Self Advertisement strategy of Hornbill Tv. I don't want to take it in a negative lens but i do feel like this is an advertisement strategy of Hornbill Tv at the cost of exam candidates. Surely it has already become a meme and is trending in various social media sites, especially in whatsApp. Taking interview is good but asking exam based questions, be it the easiest or toughest, was unnecessary. I feel sorry for fellow brothers and sisters who couldn't answer because this videos will surely reach their families/friends and we all know the reactions.

I am guessing through this at least some sense was knocked into the heads of some of the youths. Things won't change if we keep on looking at everything as something negative.

I don't want to take it in a negative lens but i do feel like this is an advertisement strategy of Hornbill Tv at the cost of exam candidates. Surely it has already become a meme and is trending in various social media sites, especially in whatsApp. Taking interview is good but asking exam based questions, be it the easiest or toughest, was unnecessary. I feel sorry for fellow brothers and sisters who couldn't answer because this videos will surely reach their families/friends and we all know the reactions.

Honestly hornbill should decide if they truly want to pursue journalism or just goof around like some chapris in youtube channel for views.
