Thanks dude, yeah losing the light defo made the difference, that and the tide turning. I really like the bass rod, finding it more of a utility rod to be honest, when I can get away with a lighter rod, then it comes on quite handy😎👍🎣🎣

Hi Dylan,we were along from you,Ray Wright & Rob Kitcher.We didn’t have a fish until 10pm but it was worth the wait ! 4 smuts up to 14lb 6oz & a 10lb stinger on a joey Tope bait !

That's great mate, hopefully you can take something from the vids to go on and catch some fish yourself, I would definitely suggest looking on eBay for some cheaper rods etc. my first set were maybe 35 with a rod and reel, and it got me fishing, alternatively you can pick some good second items up, most of my kit is second hand. hi bud i went fishing last night at norton wall where u was last week with nick.. i was where u set up and i had a 6 lb smut on spider peelers and lost another 2..a guy was fishing where nick had hes bass and that guy had 3 smuts but nothing massive on crab as well there was 2 other guys fishing but only using squid and didnt have a single bite all night..👍🏻

Yeah mate, I think the crab is king at the moment, I fished a comp on Saturday on the common, won it with a couple of hounds 👍🎣🎣
