I personally prefer the standard buckets, but enjoy seeing you continue the project. You should look into a 4H-TECH short shifter, made a night and day difference in my 207 RC. Keep up the good work!
I forgot to mention that the seat isn't so harsh, doesn't bother me so far during 30min city driving. Probably long trips it would get uncomfortable but like Sandrios said Lexus is my daily now. 207 GTI I drive only when I want to have some fun (once or twice every week)

Really nice! I am going to buy a 207 Le Mans as my third car right now. :)
Definitely nice looking seat but not sure about sacrificing side airbag(safety) for racing performance if you're still gonna use the car daily.

Is it possible that the seat fabric from the 207 gti is for sale?
If you throw a resistor in the plug, you can get the system to believe that the airbag is still present and OK
