So the lady in the first picture is Psylocke. Her outfit is… questionable at best, but not all of the artists who draw her sexualize her like that.
Spider-Woman is the woman in red with the spider-webs. She’s arguably the MOST sexualized character in Marvel comics atm. Highly recommend looking up Milo Manara’s variant cover for Spider-Woman #1. It’s the funniest thing in the entire world.

Manara's body of work skews to the erotic side often. I honestly don't like it because it sends the signal that even women superheroes exist for our viewing pleasure.
The uncoloured version of the art literally came up blurred from my safe search feature for sexual content. That’s how sexual it is. Insanity. It looks terrible. The style is just off putting, let alone the anatomy

The only characters I know are the third and fourth characters who are the first Spider-woman and MJ. Also I love how seeing her comfortable in her own skin makes me feel more confident in my body!

I have this superhero story I’m working on and you remind me a lot of one of my characters, both in personality and in looks. She’s almost got the same hair as you except it’s shorter and a little messy since she cut it herself, also she has magically-given ghost powers that make her hair turn white and floaty and the whites of her eyes are black with glowing blue irises

I really appreciate the full honesty of this :) no denying that all female superhero characters have been EXTREMELY sexualised, most are either (even though she’s not in this video) she hulk, if you can’t work out how she is, look at how Jennifer Walters changes into She Hulk, out in certain areas, in in others, which DOESN'T happen for the hulk. Either her or two of the characters in this video, the first Psylockes. The first one, who by the way isn’t an amputee, it’s just the angle, but she as a character is badass but is always played down and not treated like as strong as she is or could be.
The other one of the characters is Spider-Woman, and if u can’t see how by looking at that picture of her in the web or basically any one of her, no woman ever will meet ur standards.

Idk why but those last clips of you just messing around with your stomach made me laugh. And the fact that you mentioned that you get insecure when you notice the finest bit of fat on your body was very relatable to me. I’ve been called “too skinny” all my life and when I gained weight recently I started becoming more insecure about how my pants no longer fit. It’s just so odd how no one seems to make comments about a guys body but EVERYONE seems to comment on girls.
Such insecurities are not restricted to women. Comments are also made about men's bodies. I don't have stats so I can't accurately tell you which is talked about more, but it certainly happens, whether you hear about it or not.

Love the video! I have been a fan of comics for many years but have always thought that the poses and body images were somewhat ridiculous in terms of actual reality.
1. The woman in the 1st image is Psylocke. She is the character played by Olivia Munn in X-Men Apocalypse. The blue "alien" behind her is called Danger and is actually a physical sentient manifestation of their old training facility, the Danger Room.
2. The 2nd image is Jessica Drew, Spider-woman. No relation to Spiderman but they do know each other and are friendly. She doesn't have the ability to spin webs.
3. The 3rd image is Carol Danvers, who would later become Captain Marvel, but is called Ms. Marvel in this costume.
Hope this helps. I am around of useless comic knowledge so if you ever need help...

Idk if anyone has done this yet but: Psylocke, Ms Marvel (Carol Danvers before she took up the name Captain Marvel), Spider Woman, MJ, and I couldn’t recognize the last one. Everyone who’s an MCU fans refers to it as Marvel and then they know nothing about the comics and as someone who got into the comics when I first watched the MCU movies I get so confused cuz when I say I’m a Marvel fan I mean everything😅 idk if anyone else has the same experience
