I was diagnosed at 50 -- I liked the whole approach from the interviewer and the candour -- well "blatant honesty" What a journey it has been -- I reserached and researched to understand me

I have just been diagnosed autistic at the age of 54! This came about due to the workflow I found myself in during lockdowns. I am training for Church ministry, I clashed with a supervisor because of my creativity in working on digital Church research as part of a masters at Edinburgh Ini.
I have been experiencing trouble gaining understanding during the final stages of this training.
I have recently ditched writhing with a final supervisor after some unreasonable behaviour from him to me, right on top of my Autism Assessment,
Sara’s ‘Drama Queen’ was a turnkey moment of identifying with autism after my Uni Tutor raised it for genuine reasons, which is another story…
I feel I need a supervisor who has some understanding, or will give me room to move and learn during my final fling of training in a full time Church placement.
I cannot believe it has taken until now to fins out.

Peak ND experience struggling to listen to the video due to excessive sibilant consonants.. some de-esser would do magic if you could run the audio through it.
