Why's that? If he was robbed then it should be fair for anyone to say it lol. I haven't watched this match though so I won't comment on it. I think people just have a problem when people over exaggerate it. I've heard some pacman fanbois say that pacman never lost a match but rather for every lost he took he was merely robbed of victory. I honestly can't see how you can make an argument for Horn winning. Manny landed about twice the amount of punches, and the ref almost ended the fucking fight in the 9th round. Worst judging I've ever seen in any sport period
Zach Griffin Compubox numbers are not accurate. If you watch boxing you will know that. It's a man pressing a button when he thinks a punch landed. Horn landed way more than the #'s say. Don't be fooled by that and the Pacquiao hype influence that ESPN keeps pushing. watch the fight without the influence in your ear. The body work put in by Horn is what got him the W. As well as defense and ring generalship.
Horn didn't land nearly as much as Pacquiao. Just because you swing doesn't mean the punches connect. Also, if you consider headbutting your opponent to the point that he's bleeding profusely, and dragging him around the ring in a headlock, yeah sure he has great "ring generalship". Also, fantastic defensive capabilities when pacman was swinging on him with no regard for defense and Horn still can't connect. He must have incredible defense, why else would his left eye be swollen by round 4 and almost have the match end at round 9? He put up a great fight don't get me wrong but to say he deserved to win is a joke.
You know a sport is overly corrupt when one of only two boxers who carried the sport in the past decade gets robbed of an obvious win. I mean you "kinda" understand when a fighter loses to the home fighter but this is PACQUIAO. This is outright disrespectful not only to him but to the whole sport. smh

However, in this match where Pacquiao landed more punches, including power punches... It’s a CLEAR robbery. Horn had some clear footage of dirty fighting, which actually disgusts me because he was supposed to fight for all of the people who got bullied. Horn won some rounds, I actually really liked his gsme in the first few rounds.... then everything went south when the desperation settled in. The saddest thing, was that Pacquiao just let it be, the man needs some justice.
I enjoy fights and stories that involves home fighters beat a renowned champion is some underdog way. No hate to Pacquiao, I love the guy, I surprised how positive he and peaceful considering his line of business. My respect for him won't change regardless he wins or not. But I won't stand this guy winning. It's unbearable to see obvious cheating, with obvious proof, and an obvious public stunt tarnish boxing and disrespects the people's champ

I scored the bout 116-111 Pacman. It was closer than many suggested, but the most alarming thing was the fouls Horn committed and wasn't warned on. I counted 66 fouls from Horn to 6 from Pacman. Those fouls included 40(!) head hold/locks, 9 punches after break, 5 headbutt attempts, 2 elbows (2nd cut I believe was from his 1st elbow), 4 forearm hits. Manny's fouls were four head holds (nothing like Horn's in later rounds), 1 arm hold and an arm toss (when Horn went in for a headbutt).
My overall scoring (1 point for clean jabs/grazing power punches, clean medium power punches, 3 for power punches that rocked the other)had PacMan winning 342-270. Besides Round 9 (Pacman had an 80-14 edge and a 2-point round), it was really pretty even and many rounds were close... I scored it 116-111 Pacman, but can see it going anywhere 117-110 Pacman to 114-114 (giving only a 1-point Round 9 to Pacman)... but 117-111 for Horn was insane. With slight bias, 115-113 would come into play. Horn's scoring may be easier to see because his punches are slow. Pacman still has incredibly quick hands, so it may be hard to really grasp.
My Scoring:
Round 1- Horn: 30 - Pacman 11 - 10-9 Horn (Horn had 1 foul to Pacman's 0)
Round 2 - Pacman 19 - Horn 17 - 10-9 Pacman & 19-19 after 2 (Horn had 8 fouls to Pacman's 0)
Round 3 - Pacman 31 - Horn 21 - 10-9 Pacman & 29-28 Pacman after 3 (Horn had 4 fouls to Pacman's 0)
Round 4 - Pacman 18 - Horn 14 - 10-9 Pacman & 39-37 Pacman after 4 (Horn had 6 fouls to Pacman's 1)
Round 5 - Horn 39 - Pacman 34 - 10-9 Horn & 48-47 Pacman after 5 (Horn had 3 fouls to Pacman's 0)
Round 6 - Horn 22 - Pacman 17 - 10-9 Horn & 57-57 after 6 (Horn had 6 fouls to Pacman's 0)
Round 7 - Pacman 34 - Horn 25 - 10-9 Pacman & 67-66 Pacman after 7 (Horn had 7 fouls to Pacman's 1)
Round 8 - Pacman 21 - Horn 20 - 10-9 Pacman & 77-75 Pacman after 8 (Horn had 7 fouls to Pacman's 1)
Round 9 - Pacman 80 - Horn 14 - 10-8 Pacman & 87-83 Pacman after 9 (Horn had 5 fouls to Pacman's 1)
Round 10 - Horn 25 - Pacman 25 - 10-9 Horn & 96-93 Pacman after 10 (Horn had 2 fouls to Pacman's 1 and won the round because he was more aggressive and he was relatively cleaner that round)
Round 11 - Pacman 25 - Horn 17 - 10-9 Pacman and 106-102 Pacman after 11 (Horn had 9 fouls to Pacman's 0)
Round 12 - Pacman 27 - Horn 26 - 10-9 Pacman and 116-111 Pacman after 12 (Horn had 8 fouls to Pacman's 1)

Was an insanely close fight, watch it again with the sound down or the U.K. Broadcast, if you still think it's an appalling decision, then you clearly have no clue.
