Pulled my brother-in-law last night, he's 256lbs vs my 164lbs. He's not educated in armwrestling, but you guys have taught me tons... he couldn't move me! Keep it up my friends. Staying strong and loving armwrestling!
@@voiceofarmwrestling i lost to a dude in middle school, i'm like 104 and he's around 130,he also has great technique with his toproll, any advices? the longest i ever resisted him was 5 secondd
3 of my best friends can't move my left and right arm when arm wrestling with them and I get half of my arm wrestling training from your channel. I have been doing this type of training for 3 months and I have better strength than before Thanks man.💪
Great video - our team will definitely be trying this! The nice thing is that this is way more sustainable than the regular practice where everyone does competition starts and goes hard - you hurt a lot after those, and especially when a novice you need up to a week or more of recovery! This way (and Ryan's "steaming eggs" approach) makes it so you can get table time every week, or even several times a week.
Good morning boys hope all is well today and your having a wonderful weekend also thank you for sharing your information and knowledge in away that anyone could learn from and I love going back and watching your older training videos
Good work guys as always. Love the technicality of the sport and also how you train. For example how you break down and analyze each movement. It’s how you become a more efficient arm wrestler in general. Exactly how I train as well.
@@micahgorbics8556 If I were you, I'd just get the dimensions of a mazurenko or combatarmsport table, go to the hardware store and find parts that will work for the pads, pin pads, table surface and legs, then construct it with some simple tools, I made one out of just wood, yoga mats and metal pipe for the pegs, it isn't perfect but only cost maybe $50.

Best armwrestling video ever!, thanks guys for everything
Glad you enjoy it!
I would hate to see Janis mad. He seems like he could fuck some shit up. He's got that stare.

you mean you armwrestle them individually or do you have them all armwrestle you at the same time since that'll differ by orders of magnitude
