Yeah I got small snack with water, you can see that at time 33:50. Fliying time was 1hour20minutes. :)

What I don't understand is that if you change the terminal at LHR you need to go through security again. Doesn't make sense to me since you are not going through immigration.

It's a security measure to stop anyone bypassing border controls by arriving with an international connecting ticket, then swapping documents with someone booked on to an internal (domestic) flight.
