The motor was rebuilt by some guy and he said it has no compression. I took it off his hands because he was going to scrap it. I want the universal stuff.
68 Oldsmobile blowing the that was stripped I don't care I'll build that car I've been looking for one for a long time and they're overpriced but I'd like to have that just to where I can build it myself that way I know what I have
The skylark had like 5 pin holes so we just used a light weight filler. If the roof had anything more than that I would have used duraglass to fill the holes, then finished with a light weight. Thing is, the last guy did what we are doing but he never neutralized the rust so it all blistered through. You have to get some sort of rust converter kit to treat the metal first. If you go to Riley's channel, you can watch some of his videos using the kit he has.
I've got my 68 but Im not going to get rid of it. Unless you got a running 455 for trade 🤣🤣🤣 That's my only spare running engine for a house of Olds motors. Gotta keep checking market place and Craigslist.
@@talltom1129 nah, this guy advertises pretty heavily and his prices are priced to sell stuff. The guy is also pretty passionate about parting these things out to keep others on the road. Complete opposite of most of these yards I've been to.

Do a live stream with a poll , about the 350-a/t vs 305-m/t?
Not a bad idea.
What kind of bondo are y’all using on the skylark roof? Bondo glass or just filler? My 72 lemans is a former vinyl top car, needs some help
