There’s quite a good side story on Euboea, I recommend it, although you might not get much exp from it. It’s also convenient since there are 2 cultists in the area that are fairly easy after the quest

basically get to those black stripe pillars for those quests, grab all the quests u can get and just let them sit there while u do the main quests. Accept them everywhere u pass one of those pillars and at points u will level up insanely fast. For example i needed to kill 2-3 pirate ships or something for a main quest, deleted them had like 4-5 quests complete that give you about 4-5x experience each over your main quest, basically 2 full blown levels from killing 2 pirate ships.
Currently beating a bunch of single player games that I purchased but never played 🤣 18hrs in this game and i feel like im not even close to finishing it.

This works ok at level 30 although I would definitely add the advanced stuff on top of this. By that point you should easily be able to grab more sync points in more regions and gather more global contracts first. You could hit the entire map and make a note of local contracts like the ones the video focuses on then come back to those regions once you have an entire stack and do the local loop like the video shows and double dip for the local contact experience and the global at the same time.
Drops have their own level that is tied to the level of the area you are in or the enemy you defeat to loot it. Areas and enemies in the game have minimum levels up to 50 or so and after that will scale with your level based on the level scaling setting in gameplay options.
It is unlocked when you loot the legendary spear "Falx of Olympos" which can be found The Palace Of Amphitrite, an underwater location near the Volcanic Islands. If you are ever in need of a hint on where to find a specific legendary engraving in the game you can also open your inventory and click on the hammer and chisel icon right below your bow slot. That will open the engraving menu which will show all the engravings for every slot, even the ones you have not unlocked yet. If you scroll down the list to the ones that are still locked and hover over them for legendary engravings like this one the game will give a small hint of where to find them.
I have a 3800x and a 2080 super playing at 1440p. The game is not the best performance wise and the presets are, IMO, not constructed very well. Hardware unboxed has a pretty great video on tweaking the graphics settings for better performance that helped me a lot.
Early game your only real option is the Second Wind skill or running away. Spending adrenaline on any ability will heal you a small amount, later in the game that amount can be increased. Later in the game dealing damage can also heal you a small amount.

You can buy it from a blacksmith if you can get it to appear in their inventory and have enough money, it's pretty expensive compared to normal things blacksmiths will have. At level 3 it's really just continue with the tutorial island. All of the quests there are easy to do at that level and give ok XP. After you leave that island keep following the main story until you land at the next region the game send you to. From there you can start using the techniques in this video. In the first region you go to there are main quests that act a lot like these regional quests and after that region is done you should be a high enough level to move into 2 or 3 other regions and use the techniques in the video. But really really early like that there's no real secret you just do the main quest really.

Thanks man at first it wasnt working for me because i had already purchased from the blacksmith hence why ut wasnt refreshing his inventory, so i just went to another one and took me about 40 mins but eventually got it
There's no guarantee that the ones from nearby leaders will be available right away. Your best bet is to uncover notice boards in more regions and check back a bit later.
Both games have a good little secret they dont tell you its sad but its really pay to win if you buy the curse of the pharaohs it will let you jump to level 45 and you can also chance auto level TURN OT OFF everyone will be under 45 but it only works with origins settings odyssey also has a secret if you buy fate of Atlantis DLC it will jump you to 52 yeah pretty much pay to win but saves alot of time and makes it fun to run around and easy gameplay sorry if this was too much 😂

It sounds like you're in a region with things that are to far above your level to kill quickly. At level 13 you want to stick to Megaris, Phokis, Lokris, Malis, or Euboea. If you can find a local contract loop like the one in the video you should be able to level up several times before the loop closes. If you cannot find a local contract loop then you want to try gathering all the global contracts you can instead and completing the ones you can in the regions I mentioned. Once you get to level 19-20 and the main story missions are close to your level gather the global contracts again and some of them will naturally complete while you do the main story which will help keep you close to parity with the level of the story missions.

Getting more questions from new players these days so started a NG to shoot some very early game tutorials and challenges instead of the usual very end game post level 99 stuff.
Blacksmiths off a service to upgrade your items for a fee of money and materials. For your main hand weapon it's best to upgrade every level. For armor it's not necessary to upgrade every level just every level ending in 1 so 11, 21, 31, 41, ect. The stats on the armor will go up on those levels but not on the levels in between.

Yes you can, that's the optimal way to use it. The quest xp is calculated the moment the quests completes so you can turn it on, complete the last objective, then turn it off again. Really makes those temporary boosters last.
It certainly wasn't at the time, not at level 13. Now that Korfu exists there are other options with perhaps more attractive tradeoffs depending on your playstyle but this video is 2 years old so at the time Korfu stuff wasn't an option.
You really can't, not efficiently anyway. Good armor is going to require looking at lots and lots of epics until you find one with the random stats you need and below a certain level they just don't show up frequently enough. Your best bet is to farm a blade of yuminess, start collecting the pirate set in the mid 20s and finish it at 31, and just keep an eye out for epics that are worth keeping from 1 to 40+ and then try to get a set of well rolled epics completed and ready to go at 50. That's a great free set. The stats are decent and the legendary set bonus is not bad with the battlecry and really overpowered with the enhanced version.

That sounds more like a bug? The conquests in Megaris should be pretty easy at that level.

Just go to an easier region like kepppalonia or lokris and you'll find easier side quests and enemies.

@@NeillSmith appreciate the response I just got the game yesterday so am a bit overwhelmed. I found I was able to acquire a northern travelers set for free on the store (not sure why😅) but I took it. Am just level 12 now
That's a great free set. The stats are decent and the legendary set bonus is not bad with the battlecry and really overpowered with the enhanced version.
