- Today we adventured down to one of the most famous spots in skateboarding's history - Wallows Ditch! We had an incredible day there, and a lot of crazy things happened - watch the full video to see everything that went down!

Animal chin.... Iconic, wallows.... Iconic, Jason Park........ ICONIC.
Every skater here was at a very distinct level of progression. It was cool to be able to see how each skater would take on the skate spot based on their skill sets.
We all pretended to be Tony Hawk when we skated Wallows back in the 1990s. I broke my hand there and my mom, a tough love ER nurse, made me catch the bus to the Queen's ER. Thanks for this video, it totally made me smile.
And can someone get the City and County to maintain this priceless piece of skater history! All those overgrown weeds and hale koa trees ;-(

Holy sh*t, Jason. The Search For Animal Chin is literally my favourite skate video and they ripped at Wallows. Maybe a hard spot to skate but really legendary

Wallows has always been the part I think of most regards Animal Chin (followed by the awesome airs out of the large kicker in the park). Awesome seeing it skated still so many years later. Did the Revive crew not session it in recent years?
Not yet, but I’ll have to take them next time they all visit! And yes - be VERY afraid.

I grew up on Kauai .. I remember hearing about this place in the early 70s. when my Brother was at Mid-Pac over there.

Been looking for Wallows videos, hoping people still skate this place...can't believe this video was made just yesterday (Jan 13th)! I think at one point you were at the spot they were skating in the Bones Brigade video. Anyway, thanks for the memories...well, I never skated this place, just watched Animal Chin. Actually, this video is the real Animal Chin! Hope you guys go back and remake the original lol
That spot looked so scary back in the day. We had a similar spot called the V bowl in so cal that was so rough. Every fall there was brutal.

Animal Chin!! Yeah dude. As a kid growing up in the 80s, Powell and the Bones Brigade were the skater's go-to for skating.
This is awesome seeing all of you doing skate adventures. Jason looks like he got some surfing skills too!

A kid once played a game in the early 2000s. Playing the game tony hawk's underground on the hawaii level. The kid then finds it to be his favorite level..that kid was me. I instantly knew this was Wallows just from the thumbnail! I grew up in San Antonio, Texas in the 80's and we had a ditch near my house that was very similar to this and we named it Wallows.
I think there may be a mini ramp in one of those balconies of the houses in the background.
Awesome. In the 2000's I used to rent a VHS copy of Search For Animal Chin from a comic book store that had a bootleg library, just like in the Simpsons. They had all kinds of old skate videos and punk rock videos. They had to stop because they got caught selling bootleg copies. I was bummed.
Imagine ollieing over the gap in the middle into the bank on the other side of the gap. I read they had to cut that track in the middle so emergency vehicles could get through, which kinda messed the spot up.

I grew up on drainage ditches. Good to see just wish I could skate it too. Looks pretty rough so definitely some big bouncy ojs would help and a weed eater
