Just getting to the end of the video, does the city not invest in Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption for your ambulances so they can get to the hospital uninterrupted? Crazy.

I believe the City of Salisbury, which is a neighboring district to this department (Delmar), has opticom on their Paramedic units.

We have Opticoms. Periodically the systems need to be updated or repaired. All is well now.

curious..do your engines and rescues only have the q's or are the other sirens edited out?

They have electronic sirens and Q's both.
