Why does the truck look high steel if it's a 4/6 drop I see other ones on here that have 3 5 drop and they look lower with 24s

Question, I would love to lower my 2018 f150, but I have a 27ft RV that I pull, would I still be able to pull my RV by lowering my truck with no problems? I'm not trying to get air bags, just a lowering kit like in this video.
