That’s the EHX Pitch Fork+ pedal! Jeroen double tracked a harmony part on the album and the only way for me to actually play it live is to use a pedal like that.
glad there's a finally a playthrough of one of my fave songs! question: do you have a measurement of how much lower the ramp is compared to your fretboard? seeing you and Gary Willis use them makes me want to try them on my fretless jazz bass
I learned the song by ear quite a while ago from the tracks that come with the tab book, and you can hear the bass clearly. I'm happy you used a pedal for the fifths on the 2nd part of the solo, but at the last bit of the piece before the pedal kicks in(02:29), that bit is octaves, isn't it?
