Escalation is sounding fun. Love how you did that captain. Looking forward to next week’s episode honestly
its a load of fun, makes learning the game/units/rules much more reasonable for new players. it also makes building and painting 2k points much more realistic, one bite at a time. i think a lot of people put together 2k points, lose motivation, and never get an army done painting. then try and put it on the table, and spend hours reading through the rules, and making mistakes. with escalation, you're just adding a bit at a time, getting familiar with the game and rules. its fun, and fast paced, and before you know it, you're at 2k points, fully painted, and playing big 40k, already knowing all your rules. its actually genius and i love it! cheers glad to have you, i cant wait to play the next game, but still have a bunch of painting to do!
