    I think your floor numbers are one adrift ; Thais count American style so what you called the ground floor is the basement , your “first floor “ with the Magic Food Court is the ground floor - this is why you see the signs with no “0” , they go from B to 1 . Still an interesting video , making me impatient to get back there as soon as I can.

    • @TravelHere
      @TravelHere  4 года назад +3

      Thank you very much for this comment! At 6:59 you can see the floorplan of Suvarnabhumi Airport. As it seems they don't have a ground floor and you are right that they go from B to 1. I improved my description of the video with ''basement'' now. And thank you for watching!

    Good video. Do I have to go through immigration in BKK if I have a flight to krabi with Thai airways (2 hours in BKK, which seems short)?
    I guess my luggage will be going directly to Krabi.

    • @TravelHere
      @TravelHere  5 лет назад +1

      If the 2 flights are booked in 1 booking, and you didn't got any clear instructions about your luggage, then your luggage is going directly to Krabi. If you leave the airplane and go into another airplane, you have to go through immigration in Bkk. However, this is not the ''normal/usual'' immigration. The immigration you have to go through is a special immigration which is only for passengers coming from other airplanes, and not for all other passengers from the airport! I would say you have enough time, it can be done in 45 minutes. And did you know: if you miss your connecting flight while you booked the 2 seperate flights in 1 booking, the airline is responsible for getting you on another flight. No worries!

      @@TravelHere You've been slightly lucky, I last visited in June and the Arrivals was almost a 2 hour wait. Departues however was a breeze at a mere 10 minutes which surprisingly surprising. There seems to be a good window to arrive into Suvarnabhumi, 6am-10am seems to be quiet and departures in the early evening also seem to be quite quick. Always found afternoon to evening arrivals to be quite horrendous and late night to early morning departures to be pretty dreadful for immigration queues.

There are food areas and huge shopping center and fashion areas and much more. Don’t say you are showing the whole thing when you are not just because you want to have all the viewers attention or click bait.
