Much have changed since the documentary was produced. Bangkok in 2023 is even more amazing. Bangkok is a good place to explore the rest of Thailand and beyond.

I love Bangkok. Which is unusual. I don’t normally appreciate huge, busy cities. Bangkok is really more a very large collection of neighborhoods. We have to get access to the sky train to cross a major street but other than that everything we need is available within a few easy to walk blocks. To visit much further places the trains, subway and taxis are easy, inexpensive and clean. Two international airports, inexpensive and readily available exchange machines along with the best street food in the world makes the friendly Thai city the most popular in the world.

I'm from Manila Philippines & Bangkok is absolutely beautiful city.I'm jealous because they have good transportation & has a couple of choice whether its land or water. We don't have that kind of transportation here in Manila.
Since 2017 when this VDO first released, Bangkok now has 8 sky train / subway lines for a total of 210 km in lengths. they should reach the target of having 15 lines / 540 km in lengths by 2029. Things have already looked much different in the city after COVID hit. Lots of new attractions / conveniences. I would not be surprised if BK remains the top destination city for tourism post-covid.
I love your documentary. It simply presents Bangkok, but it shows all aspects of common lives of citizens and where and what visitors can see, not a just fancy night life corners. I was surprised that at the end of the video, you presented the song of Bangkok name. I sang along the karaoke with joy and a good memory of the song when I was young. Thank you for a nice documentary ❤
As a traveller from the Philippines, I miss Thailand so much for 8 years now! My only attempt to travel was on April 5-10, 2013 in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Ratchaburi & Sa Kaeo. Since I watched Miss Grand Thailand since 2016, I realized that there are 77 provinces that I need to memorize, and now I enjoyed BNK48's 7th single, 77 Suteki na machi e, just to memorize all 77 provinces, including its capital, Bangkok! As an MNLove (MNL48's fan) & 4648Group Hako, I'm also a fan of BNK48 & CGM48 (from Bangkok & Chiang Mai respectively)! Aside from them, I got to know other Thai Idol Groups there like Sweat16!, SY51, Violet Wink, Red Spin, China Dolls, Faye Fang Kaew, Tossagirls, Fever, Daisy Daisy, Cheesy Pie, Trinity, SBFive, and many more!
