Ford BF XR6TXI Sound System #8- Door Panels and Custom Grilles

In today's episode the door panel is removed and the layout for the new speakers is developed. This will consist of 2x sets of Hertz Mille Pro MPK163.3 3-way Component Speakers per door.
The wooden pieces to make this panel are cut out and a custom grille is formed from mesh using a hydraulic press.

Hi there, that is excellent work. Thank you for showing everyone how much work is involved with personalized speaker placement. Once thing I learned is that the basic BF taxi pack speaker hole is round, whilst the premium pack speakers are 7 * 9.
