I’m 14 years old.I starter workout 6 months ago.At the start i can’t do one single push up or pull up.Now i can do 50 push ups and 15 pull ups in a row.
I’m semi working out and can do 5-10 push ups in a row and have no where to do a pull up with ):
@@ChiefMakes listen to tip:maybe you train too weak and you cant see anu true progress or you train too much when you train do about 6 series per 5 push ups and rest 48h.For pull ups make some creativity,like i didnt have pull up bar but i found some tree,or if you have money buy pull uo bar around 10$ than put it between door if pull up bar is too long cut it a little with Saw,if its top short than look to buy something what Is in your door width
