My Upper Body Warm-Up Routine!

- Here is my full upper body dynamic stretching routine that I do every single time I train upper body. I do all these exercises in order for around 20- 30 seconds each, right in the beginning of my workout as soon as I get to the gym. It usually takes about 5-10 minutes, and when I’m done I’ll either do a few sets of push-ups if it’s a push day, or some assisted pull-ups if it’s a pull day. Warm-Up is essential! If you don't do it already, start doing it. It will definitely prevent future injuries

You should do a routine like this first to mobilize the joints,not feel tight then a few warm up sets of the exercise you are going to do first to get the movement down.Doing both is the best
With compounds you should do warmup sets for sure, not necessarily in place of a dedicated body part warm up though.
I bench 340 and i start at the bar for 10
I like to do both! These make me feel less "rusty" but i also definitely need to start with lighter weights just to get the form right and loosen up before the heavier sets 😂
This guy is great. He goes to them gym for 2 yrs and he looks better than me. I am going since i am 16 but you shouldn't count the first 4 yrs. Summarizing the facts i can tell you that knowledge is very important.

Strained my rotator cuff so I can’t workout my upper body for 3 weeks, will definitely be trying these when I’m healed
Had a rotator cuff injury too, that caused me an impingement in my left shoulder i could not train upper body for like 3 month. How is your injury going?

I usually do 5 min treadmill warm up. Few light sets before the heavy ones cool down on cross trainer and stretch at the end. I will definitely be doing these stretches before I work out thanks

Dislocated my shoulder 3 times and finally had surgery on it about 6 months ago. Banded dislocations might not be a good one for me 😂 love the content man! Always short and straight to the point!

Hey Man I am 160 lbs but I think a good portion of it is fat. My current bench press is 55 pounds on each side (6-8 reps). Could you make a video or comment on how many calories I should be consuming? On TDEE do I go with 160 lbs or go down to something like 150 (like my body weight without the fat?) I feel like I am bulking even though I am already feeling bat (my belly ugh). Please help! Also love your videos bro!
