Emerry Fox SAME
Sofia Athanasiou-Kearney what about yours? And no one in the replies and even the comment has this name •-•
It's crazy how inflexible you realise your back is when you try to do these. That second one it's incredibly hard to get straight. Too much bodybuilding, not enough stretching.
Tbh all but the last one was easy 2 me, I got my full bridge after stretching for 2 days. Just search alivia dandrea beginner back stretches and do 1 time a day
My hands doesnt get straight when i do the bridge :/
Yessssss I can’t do it either 😭😭
Sameee
Its oki just practice ive practiced my whole life basically and I actually got it last year tho and a backbend basically put effort in it.
but i cant lift my head off the ground 😭 i hate myself

OMG I CANT BELIEVE THIS ACTUALLY WORKED! I tried to do a bridge like a few months ago but I couldn't do it but after watching this video I actually had the strength to push up! THANKS A LOT!!
It is just à bridge dont omg about it.
Toluwa Adebayo hey she’s excited
Short bridge = easy = thumb up
Straight bridges = still good enough = thumb up
Elevated bridge = a bit hard now...= comment
Rest.... do your best
My hands are weak but I finally did it I never gave up and I believe that you Can do the bridge too !
One of the best videos I’ve seen on working on a bridge. You showed how to progressively do a bridge and what to work on. Thank You 😊
wow i wish that i could be a gymnast when i grow up!
i am a girl btw. and this is my dads adress
and yeah*!
I believe in you,you can do this❤
I believe in you
I am a gymnast and I am young so you don't have to do it when you are older and it is really easy just keep fit eat heathly and practice x
Thank you. I did it decently. I've been trying to do a kick up and a back hand spring so this is the first step.
It works! Can’t believe I just did a complete bridge for 30 seconds…thank you so much!
I loved this. I'm just approaching a bridge to work towards handstands. Basically bridge -> walk over, then slow down that walk over once strength is there.
It's super cool that you said what you're working on. Makes it way more real as it shows you as a working athlete with real goals
I did it. Thank you for your help. I need that first 😊😊
I forgot how to do these and I need them for cheer and this helped me a lot.
Omg. I did it! Thank you so much.
I tried doing it for 5 mintues it really worked, thank u so much ma'am ♥️
I thought myself to do this on first grade, now I can walk in that position. I can also do a lot of other things.
Edit: If you feel like your arms are to week try doing cartwheels and stuff first so that your arms get used to holding up you body wait for a short amount of time, than try this.
Thank you Krista!
You are amazing I love how you teach as step by step I'm giving you a thump up
thanku for making this vidieo because im going to be at cheerleading on friday and i thought to myself that i was going to be bad because i dont nobhow to do that much stuff and now i no how to do a brige because of u so thanku
it actually work and its a really good method
i can now do the bridge easily
OMG!! THANK YOU SO MUCH I KNEW HOW TO DO THE STANDING BRIDGE YOU DIDN'T SHOW, A YEAR AGO AND I LOST PRACTICE AND IN ONE MINUTE I WALKED DOWN THE WALL THEN DID THE STANDING BRIDGE!!!! YAY!
I’ve learned all of them but except the last one but I’m practicing 😃 Thanks
This video is amazing
Thanks
Wow! This really helped me do a bridge
Thank you so much it helped my friend
Thanks that helpt me a lot
Quite proper, thank you. Just one thing to add.
Start with shoulder stretching and shoulder mobility exercises, those makes to do a bridge a lot easier.
cheers. very easy to understand.
HI THANKS FOR THIS VIDEO NOW I HAVE LEARNT BACK HANDPSRING.
THX :)
THX U HELPED SO MUCHH
Omg!! I’ve been struggling with my bridge for a while, and after watching this video, I can do it😍😭still need to work on my landing tho😂
Thanks so much I did it!
It worked great!!😁😁😁
It works thx comment and 12 minute athlete 👍
Your great you help me a lot
damn i had been doing pushups for quite some time and when i tried the bridge i was able to hold for 20 seconds the first time! pushups are a great help to strengthening your arms
This helped a lot!
Thank you I did it!
I've been doing this all my life, but now I find I can't hold it for longer than 3 seconds! I haven't done one for a year or so
SAME!
Oh my god same here!!! Used to be so good and it’s be just over a year and now I’m struggling
definitely true that if you don't use it you lose it. there are people running marathons well into their 80s, because they never took too much time off. it's like as soon as you take a break your body's like "oh, you're not using this part? must not need it then. commence deconstruction." i'm still struggling to get back to a good state of fitness after letting myself get soft during my first few years of college. i'd never been physically inactive before, so i didn't know how quick i'd lose it if i slowed down. now i have back problems and very low flexibility and endurance. i'm working my way back though, gonna get fighting fit and not wait until i graduate!
Preach
OMg thank you so much i can do it now
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I do this.
This exercises is best for bridge.
Thanx for give this video
That’s really help me alot. thx❣️❣️✨

JUST DID MY FIRST BRIDGE LIKE IF YOU DID YOURS
DANA AL-OTAIBI I did it too!
Is it weird that even the wall one was easy for me but I still can't do it fully fully. Is there something wrong with my spine?
DANA AL-OTAIBI lol you’re like I did my first bridge and im here like i just did a double back handspring on cement
OMG thanks!

I tried this and its so fun it so hard because i have a very very very very small room
FIRST LIKE HEY
thanks a lot I did it
It was a good video was so help fool I learned In a day.
Nice. Short an concise...
Omg I wanted to do the bridge but I just tried once without the steps and it worked! Trying to learn gymnastics so I can be a cheerleader once I shift to London
Guys I learned the bridge in 3 weeks. It took so much patience and discipline, but trust me if you rest well and keep on trying your head will get off the floor.
thank you, i was wondering what kind of time frame it would be for people. i'm just on the first step. i used to be able to do these easy, but haven't tried in years and was surprised to find i can't anymore. hoping to get it back.
That was cool and I tried it
I found this useful :)
Tip: lay on your back, hold someone ankles and lift your feet into the position. Then try to lift your back. After doing that and it doesn’t work, do a bridge normally but get someone to lift you and hold for 5 seconds or however long you can do it for, it will hurt at first but that’s a good thing and is telling you that you’re growing muscle and making your back flexible. Now do it again without support and keep in mind to straighten your elbows.
If u can’t get ur head of the ground keep doing the elevated ones and find more stretches to do
19 yo guy. Did this easy enough. Could've looked prettier sure, but I didn't realise people had difficulty with the motion. D'you guys struggle with the wrist flexibility or something?
John50 Beach my problem is that my arms are too weak but i guess that is just my own fault
Thank you I never done that at
this gave me muscles
i heard cracks...
Eavan Murphy so did i.
that's just her joints cracking, it happens a lot when u do gymnastics
That’s good! It means you are stretching out the tension haha
This is so so easy
Ur the best!!
Think you.
well I never did a bridge before or seen it but I did it in my first attempt guess I was already flexible enough to do it. But people who can't do it just yet don't feel bad you aren't far off just stuck to what she said and I believe it'll be easy. And all the guys who say they can't do it because of weak arms or hands try getting them into a comfortable position it becomes easier and reduced the pressure on them. keep trying good luck😁
this works no cap
Thanks it worked for me I'm not flexible. When you are not flexible you can still do bridge
I love this woman.
It was great
I cant do the elevator bridge :(
Me too! Don't worry! Well get through this together alright! ❤
Interesting!
I already know how to do one 😂 but here is a tip: do it on the grass because ur hand/fingers can hold on to the grass for balance then try to do it without the grass and see what happens
Hi, for how many seconds should someone hold the full bridge and how many sets should be done? Also I feel my entire back which is great but how do i get more glute and hamstring activation?
I'm barely gonna turn 13 and I now how to the standing up one its really easy I also learned by my self
I am going on 13 too! But I can't push up. Just can't.
I'm 10 and I'm self taught and I'm level 8
after watching 6 sec of this i learned how to do a bride :D
these are so easy
I learned how to do it in one day is easy for me
And I’m just about to go to my gymnastics class
I use to be able to do this as a kid and early early 20s. Now in my 30s even though I work out and lift weights, I just tried from the floor and couldn't get off the ground 😆
it work
ok I got this we do this all the time at school
2:08
HOLY IT'S ALIVE!
The best thing you can do is keep it simple but I believe a lot of us are nervous about hurting our selves
omg i tryed the hard one first and i ot it straight up
when you can do the stand to stand bridge make a video please and this really did help 😆
good
It's so easy
I can do this and my arc is pretty good, but I have scoliosis...will the bridge worsen my condition or strengthen my spine? I'm confused... tnx for the reply
