I've only been their once and only for a few days -- but in school we learn French, and then their like to us that we have to make sure we can hold a conversation because people in Quebec speak french and so once they passed us we went on our grade trip -- except when we went their -- no one spoke French. Ne soyez pas ignorants; il n'y a qu'un seul français, ainsi il n'y a qu'un seul espagnol. Merci

French is not useless. With French, Employees are two times more likely to choose you because you speak both of the official languages compared to the one that your grew up with.

here in Ontario we have to take it grade 1-8 mandatory and 1 more mandatory french class in high school its usually grade 9
Jen Roberts for my school board (TDSB) Toronto District School Board we start french in grade 4 to 9 from then on it's your choice
In Saskatchewan its mandatory to take it until Grade 8 and then you can drop it if you want!
