For those who cannot draw so much detail manually, you can add a quick Glowing Edges Filter, with Saturation to 0, and blend multiply after inverting it to enhance the edges.

He also smiles a lot to put people at ease , he's a born presenter, skill level 100. He might be good looking ish to women but I'm a man and wouldn't know.
