Actually she is free infront of public and thats what a person should be like
Not everyone has period pain
@@waterfallatom9825 yeah...that's true
Let's say females are strong😝😫
@@waterfallatom9825 boy
Periods are normal for every woman I dont know why it is so looked down upon to talk about it in public or openly. Its nothing to be ashamed of or to hide.
I stand with you bestie.
I agree with you, i dont see the issue in talking about it. But for those who may not be aware here’s a few reasons why, often seen as taboo. 1, religion, some religions make periods out to be disgusting and related to bad luck, or the person due to their period is impure, and as religion become less popular in certain countries, or less influential in certain countries, it became a cultural normality that periods are disgusting and taboo. But that is changing!.
Not every woman, but yes, I agree
As a woman, I don't really know what we have to talk about.
If it makes you feel better of course but I personally don't like talking about it. Not cause it's embarrassing, it's cause it's nothing positive.
Periods are normal yeah yeah but it's like a hell having them, my stomach hurts, my head hurts, I get mad easily, I binge eat chocolate, uncomfortable, and I'm aggressive. BONUS I need to change my pad every time I go to sleep.
@@user-em8bx7dq1b It is a positive trust me.. We’re blessed to have our periods because it means we’re healthy, and one day will be able to grow a child because of it. Without periods, there wouldn’t be a chance at childbirth. Our bodies were made to withstand periods and although we get sick, it’s a blessing in disguise… I think a lot of women like to talk about it because everyone has these horror stories and an understanding of the pains which brings us together in a way:)
It's usually not just the pain that we deal with because the pain brings along other symptoms like dizziness, severe nausea, headaches and many many more.
Never miss the cramps dude-
I was like "mom im gonna die, please burn me in peace"
Yes we are all so strong we should be proud of ourselves that we have to deal with this curse
yeah the nausea and dizziness is what gets me. idk if i have some health issue or something, but when i first get it i have about an hour or two (usually in the morning) where it ramps up and eventually i am virtually passed out on the floor trying to mentally talk myself through it, like "it will pass soon... in a few minutes you will feel fine" like, audibly moaning from the pain. and then after i feel so exhausted i sometimes just go to sleep lol. i have had to call out of work many times because of it and one time i even passed out when i tried to call because i was sitting up to hold the phone. but i'm lucky in that my symptoms for the next few days are pretty mild and i can usually ignore them.
Yeah our legs starts to shake
It’s the one time of month where I want to be a man so I don’t have to deal with it 😆
poor them, being a female kpop idol is hard 😢

@Jasleen Kaur yes, everyone with periods, I was just specifying female idols because poor them, they also have to deal with strong diets, a lack of sleep etc. :(
Being a female in genral is hard not just an idol
I can't understand how can they wear short and white dresses!? It's really uncomfortable. Hats off all the women baring the pain and working hard without any rest... I feel them cuz I also feel the pain, it's like someone is hammering on your abdomen very hard... Proud of all the female idols 🙇♀️🙇♀️
Exactly it's really so uncomfortable to wear shorts clothes on periods
They don't choose their outfit for perform, but their stylist does and he/she maybe don't know that they are on their period...
@@daniellemerald i think they mean it more like out of admiration. Like we know they don't choose their outfit but to go out and perform in short dresses or whatever while being on their period is just 👏👏👏👏while i wear sweatpants the whole time and spend the first day or two in bed.
They wear almost two or three sets of undergarments under these dresses. So even if they stain, it won't reach the dress. They have their own garments, a thin short, and the safety short which is pretty thick, they also wear kip pads sometimes, and a product called panty liner is easily available to stop staining. It might make their bottom look big but that's what the company want usually (an hourglass body). This is my assumption though because i do the same thing in school, my skirt is completely white😭.

Hey, u need to tc of yourself. Eat proper meal and if u feel so much pain try some dark chocolate it helps in reducing pain.
Period cramps can be intense but if theyre so intense that youre fainting or nearly fainting and its a somewhat regular thing, please go to a doctor if you can and havent gone already. Keep pushing for them to check properly if they dismiss it, it could be something like endometriosis or even a cyst or its just your 'normal' but you might be able to treat it. ❤️(if youve already had it checked out/know what it is already, my bad lol ignore me😅)
@@milktea.7691 thx for the info. (•ω•)
I can share that drinking warm water helps alot with dysmenorrhea and cramps. Start drinking only warm water at least 2-3 weeks before your first day. Cramps usually result from clots due to consumption of cold foods and water. Also somehow Traditional Chinese Medicine helps. I feel like normal medication doesn't really help to cure period cramps. Best is to first visit a gynaecologist and do an ultrasound to check if there is any underlying issues.

i hope that in the future all of us everywhere can be open about being on our periods and that people will be empathetic and understanding and not be awkward or tell us not to talk about it. major kudos and sympathy to all of these women who have to deal with painful stuff like periods while working in period-uncomfy outfits and in highly scrutinized positions.
as someone who has dealt with bad period cramps that made me faint i send them all my support. they're just so strong, they have to be busy performing and they can't deal with that but they do their best and that's amazing
They can't really deal with the pain, they have to ENDURE it. Respect to all the female kpop idols who have to strength to preform or go on talk shows or whatever while they are on their periods.

This is rarely talked about and not everyone has the same experience with periods. Some people have more painful periods than others, some have heavier periods and someone have little to no pains or light periods.
It’s crazy because dieting makes it worse and sometimes they stop having their periods because of the dieting, exercising and lack of sleep.

Same, im doing this right now
i've always wondered about this, as someone who experiences literal hell and always at the brink of passing out whenever i'm on period with the pain i had to endure for a week or so, i often think about how someone among the female kpop artist i listen to might be the same as me and think about what they had to actually endure during their period while perforoming. just thinking about it drains me
talk to your gynaecologist about endometriosis
Omg dancing in periods is just too much although I don't get cramps but i feel so lazy and weak during those days.
Consuming meals properly, going outside (like in garden) or doing ur favourite things reduces the laziness and discomfort :-)
@@armyofarmys8548 yup I have tried this things and it works. I don't feel as weak now as I used to be. I think that was due to my inactive daily routine during lockdown. Thankfully I feel better now.
When it's even difficult to just do simple work on your period days, female idols had to do concerts, rehearsals, shootings....I still remember when one of the idol told how her periods stopped for one year, when she was on strict diets...

I’m never ashamed of my period, I have very bad pain and blood flow, so I can’t hide it. Once in school I forced myself to go and I threw up at school and at home because I had to do a test. I didn’t sleep that night.
I can’t EVEN imagine these girls who have to DANCE
I hope at least they will find effective pain killers, I found one for me that is pretty good, I sing and I did a choral concert with it with and entire day of work. I took two of them, the first one in the night and the second one in the second part of the morning because bad pain was coming back
I hope they will be okay 💕
Bang Chan is also really natural and nice about it :)
Worst time having a period as a Kpop-Idol is during Promotional Periods... Stay strong girls. We love you.
girls have to never be ashamed bc of this.... this is nature and we cant hide it.. just smile and be open minded like jessi bruh...🤣🤣
i'm glad they also have it! so many mention the loss of their period due to busy schedules and stress which ofc isn't good
As a person who experience severe period pains every month I really am so proud of them to be able to do their job even when in pain... That thing hurts so bad😢when I experience mine I literally shake my entire body, sweat a lot, can't even stand... I still don't understand why was it necessary for us to experience that kind of pain every month but I guess that our nature we have to live with it 😔😔
Any kind of pain during period is not normal and believe me, we should not have to deal with that. I don't know why some doctors keep saying how normal it is, because it's not... Until last year I used to have totally pain-free periods and then, no idea what changed, I've been cramping every month, sometimes even two-three days... Fighting!!
Respect How they struggle for us.

Tip for anyone on their periods get some molasses and drink it in some milk (you can drink it with anything else or just take it straight but I don't recommend that since it tastes pretty bad on its own), when you bleed you lose iron which is what you need to be strong and functional, when you drink the molasses it replaces your iron and gives you strength to tackle whatever you have to do that day (plus it helps to not make you stay in bed all day). So take the molasses every morning until your period ends and it will help I promise.
P.s it's good for people with low iron levels too and even when your not on your period

Fun Fact: Periods aren’t actually supposed to hurt it just hurts when your body is bad or something usually it wouldn’t hurt so if you’re thinking periods suck then try to not think Mother Nature is torturing you for once
im on my period rn and my back is KILLING ME! and i cant even walk, i sit all day, rn im sitting on my chair which hurts more, and i literally cant even stand up without having to run to the bathroom, or me woddling anywhere, i stay home and if we go somewhere and im on my period i just say no and thats my final answer, i cant even sleep in my own bed, my back hurts when i sleep, i cant find a comfortable position to sleep in, nor even get up on it, on the bed. i find it rlly fasinating that these idols can even DANCE sometimes while on their periods. that proves how strong they are
I cant even imagine if i were in their position 😭 y'all did very well for all girlgroup members. They should suffering from periods while dancing, training, singing and all of their schedule omg. We need to support them all 😭 luckily im a person who always told ppl around me if im on period and suffers from pain so they can understand if i'll be quiet sometimes lol
People say "Be strong like a Man" while being a Girl/Woman is sometimes more exhausting thsn being a Man.
I as a Man could never imagine to go through this pain for like a week for every 4 weeks. I also thought when I was a kid "yeah men are stronger being a girl is easier blah blah blah" and Problem is that I have never been tsught the way it should.
People should acknowledge that for some girls it's the worst pain you can imagine. I have one friend for whose this time is the hardest pain. And I also have one friend for whose it is not a big deal. It's different for everybody and I don't wanna know how often these Idols had to smile and act like nothing happened while they had their period with those pain.
For me Women are stronger than Men. They literslly give birth to a human Body out of their (won't Name it) which is not that big. And in some cases they are in pain for multiple hours. They take away 9 months of their life just to give birth. And thats a strength no Man has.
Men have different difficulties to through and I don't wanna ignore this. I do have problems that I as a Guy have but no Girl have. But this comment should be to encourage those girls that go through this pain. Never let your guard down.
You are not alone. You are acknowledged! ❤
