Warmth really is The best ❤️ also If paracetamol doesnt help, take ibuprofein with it, like maybe 400mg ibuprofein and 500g paracetamol, those two together work so well. And If those don't work, I also read that cold Works too. Like some girls literally keep a tampax pack in their fridge and stick it in cold.
My "cure" was a menstrual cup. It feels like it hold everything in place so nothing can cramp too much 😅❤️

I wish periods wasn't such a taboo topic especially among men. I knew a guy who got absolutely disgusted when I talked about periods like it wasn't something normal lmao. Infact I've seen this ex kpop idol (Ashley choi) on a podcast saying that sometimes kpop female trainees/idols don't even get their period becuase of the extreme dieting ! Ashley got hers one year later,this is just too much to even think about istg

Our period cycle could got messed up if we change our diet into an extreme one sometimes.

period pain is no joke. Its play with our emotions and not to mention about the pain. For me, whenever i have period pain I cant control my anger, easy to cry and its hurt all over my body. I still remember my teacher bring me to hospital because it's getting worse. I really hope all female idol who going though period cramp will get rest. Respect to them :)
To help with period pain, boil ginger and brown sugar together and then drink it like its a tea. It really helps me whenever I have cramps.

Painkillers could be also an option. There are different types available so if some does not work just other with different base.
Also you might try some sports just before the period (3-4 days before the start). I find it out for myself not so long ago. The more I sport few days before the easier it gets.
Bangchan is so open minded and so mature. Other thing I love about him is how he always make stays felt warm and loved. He always ask stays on bubble like how's our day, have we eaten well, sends some encouraging message ( especially on vlive),makes you laugh.. he deserves all the love in this world

I'm a girl who also experienced cramps but when I witnessed it first hand, that moment when my classmate got fever in class because of it, she vomited in class, and when I took her to infirmary, we almost fell at stairs because she fainted. I respect you girls for being so brave dealing with that excruciating pain :((

Tip for anyone on their periods get some molasses and drink it in some milk (you can drink it with anything else or just take it straight but I don't recommend that since it tastes pretty bad on its own), when you bleed you lose iron which is what you need to be strong and functional, when you drink the molasses it replaces your iron and gives you strength to tackle whatever you have to do that day (plus it helps to not make you stay in bed all day). So take the molasses every morning until your period ends and it will help I promise.
P.s it's good for people with low iron levels too and even when your not on your period

I understand the sentiment and I applaud the women of kpop for being this strong and professional. However they chose this career, they “sacrifice” their life because THEY wanted to be an idol, fans are just the result of their decision.

Chan deserves the world. When you're on your period it's best to stay hydrated, at least for my case. I'm like camel and if not I can faint (happened before). The fact that the gg have to DANCE?! About this video, i want to cleared up some things:
- Sana and Momo, they’re condition is.. much worse then period, they were dealing with anxiety and stress. (Mina: anxiety disorder, Momo: stress - scandal).
- Jennie, the first earlh clips were right about her having period, but the later video, about the awards show, she was holding her the pain about her leg. Ankle pain, which is too much from her abdomens down. So when she bent, she tries no to spread the pain more.
- Oh My Girl Jiho, if I’m not mistaken, correct me if I’m wrong, she was dieting.
- SinB is not really in period. Well, in the early days before period. (idk if you can call it period yet, but the symptoms are cramping and some little brown signs) is starting plus, she’s on a diet and tired. That’s why she looks like she’s about to faint.

Being a girl in general is really not easy and + idol is 100x harder. Period cramps hurts a lot especially if you're on a heavy period, and sometimes you get back pain too... I almost felt like crying while watching this video, I hate how they have to perform in a state like that just for us but it's their job so we have nothing to do about it. YET, I aaaalways feel so comforted, understood, and so assured whenever he answers the questions and concerns of STAY, EVEN WHEN I DON'T RELATE 😭😭😭 now, even as a girl who gets period, I'm the kind who doesn't get cramps or pain IDK WHY DJSHHS ofc I'm thankful but despite it, HEARING CHAN SPEAK ABOUT THIS, SO CARINGLY, SO READILY???
