2 years ago we could watch all PDGA tourney's for free on YT. Now they lock certain tournaments behind the DGN paywall. Where is the love for the fans that made your sport profitable. Charging the fans to watch events isnt cool, the PGA doesnt pay wall any of their tournaments just saying

2015 Ledgestone played at McNaughton. Simon won by 4 strokes over Mcbeth. Big Jerm finished 56th, but still earned $514. That was pretty good payout for back then!

Hey here is a random thought/tip; If you add motion blur to the drone clips, then maybe the youtube compression won't ruin the picture quallity so much where the details that matters which is in the middle The trees has too much tiny details moving on the screen really fast. If they were a bit blurry they would eat much less bitrate! I think at least, it makes sense to me... 🤓
Is that why the drone clips look bad? It looks like low resolution. Almost like the recorded a slow stream directly live from the drone. I always wondered. It’s bad.
How do y'all feel about the ABBA format of courses? I feel like ending the tournament on Northwood would be way more dramatic, because of the four-stroke swing (or more) potential..!

Peoria has so many amazing courses that I'd love to see the pros play. Meggido (Westwood park) is another excellent wooded course that I think would challenge the tour.
I know it's not something you can do often, if ever, but that overhead angle when they were putting on hole 3 looks so good. It'd be sick if they could find some way to do that consistently, is that just me?
Grateful to Gatekeeper Media for their coverage. How long before DGN buys out Central Coast, Gatekeeper etc and put all content behind a paywall? It hasn’t worked for many other networks, and it won’t work for disc golf. Reduce the overhead.
DGN is trying the "Garggle" or "Appull" strategy. Assimilate all your competition and raise prices with a seriously defective product. I hope they fail to pull it off.

From what I've read about the severe reactions it can cause, it could've done anything from causing him to miss some shots to taking him out of the game at worst. Luckily, it turned out to be minor.

The straps were there to make you ask "why". C'mon Jerm, you know there are MANY more obstacles that can be thrown at the players. For instance, a hydrochloric acid pond on hole 4. Army ants on hole 7. Trap doors with pongee sticks at the bottom on hole 9. Angry, rabid Rottweiler/Pitbull dogs, trained to attack on hole 11. Then there is hole 15, where spectators throw their favorite rotten vegetable, or even just some rocks at the players AS THEY tee off! Plenty more obstacles, sir. You simply have to use your imagination.
