cant wait to watch your vids of using it.
Im a brewer myself and have been looking at getting this. At this stage i dont want a big setup to run with my brewzilla. Just hoping to make a bottle every now and then so this would be perfect

Some "pro tips" I've learned over the years:
Turbo Yeast was designed for making ethanol fuel FAST (i.e. stressed out yeast). It's not very good at making palatable spirits.
You can clean the packing in place with a vinegar run. But foreshots & early heads (which you toss anyway) do that also.
You can get "neutral-ish" in 1x distillation, but doing several stripping runs & then a spirit run will make it better.
And since you're making beer already, do a sugarhead on the spent grains (~8 lbs/5 gal water). Makes a fine whiskey! Especially if you invert the sugar. I have a Franziskaner whiskey that is getting pretty phenomenol after only 6 months on oak.

I use the regular AirStill for making water for my CPAP. Works great!

How would you double distil? I've done a first run from the wash. I have diluted it to 40% ABV. I've filtered it. But now I'd like to re distil it. I'm new to this. It's my first time. I can't find any instructions online that I understand. TIA Tony

It's pretty simple. Just take the contents of your stripping runs and put them back in the still. As long as it's around 40% ABV you're good to go. At this point you will recall concentrate and wind up with a much higher ABV product. 🍻

Thanks for the video! Some minor feedback: the music is a bit loud it kinda drowns out your voiceover.
