15 Minute Game Show Reviews: You Don't Know Jack

Ho ho ho. Here's my Christmas Present to all my followers. This one is a review of a game show from 2001 that was only six episodes, but is notable for being hosted by the late, great Paul Reubens and is a tribute to him a being a big part of my childhood: Anyway, if you think this adaptation of a successful video game series was successful, then You Don't Know Jack!

YDKJ actually debuted on my 7th birthday, believe it or not! I think the reason why it got such bad ratings is that ABC made little to no attempt to reach out to the YDKJ fanbase in promotional material for the show. If the show were to be revived, take out the $2,000,000 question and replace it with Impossible Question and maybe increase the question values a bit to reflect inflation. As for host, I'd love to see Graham Elwood back on TV after his run on Cram 20+ years ago.
