- If anyone can properly rank Houston TX's master planned communities, it's me. After exploring, selling in and filming literally every single master planned community in Houston TX, I decided to finally publicly make my pick for Houston's #1 master planned community.
It's funny because all of these communities get ranked #1 by some magazine or website, but there can only be one true #1. And after exploring them all, I truly feel like this one has it all.

Can we get a video on "non master plan communities"? We will be making the move to Texas soon and renting for a couple months while we get a feel for where we want to be but I must say it would be nice to see some videos with older homes/communities that are still family oriented! Thanks😊
I’d love to, and we have a few older ones on our channel that cover entire suburbs with older neighborhoods. The difficult part is two things:
1. Getting permission to film in individuals homes is a lot harder and more time consuming to coordinate than filming inside of new construction
2. If we show older homes and you love it, there is probably only that one home available at a time vs new construction
I’m hoping to show some older more established neighborhoods but that is our Dilemma
I lived there for 3 years before the shopping center opened. Hated to move so early before their boom
Now it’s got everything you’d need right at the front of the neighborhood

They have a handful left and they are done, I wanted to still feature in this video because resale homes are still an option but yes they had just a few left when we were filming

Haha honestly I just forget to drink water and I naturally talk fast, so when I’m walking talking and dehydrated and don’t take pauses I start to get behind in my breath. I definitely notice it, but it’s not a health thing as much as a just need to talk slower, lol
But I hear that Woodforrest has a very high HOA and property tax
No taxes are lower than nearly all master planned communities in Houston around 2.6% and the hoa is on par with all other master planned
