Love all of Tom’s projects, you can never have too many irons in the fire.
That was awesome seeing Pete up and moving around. Thanks for sharing.. Pete was very lucky that God was with him that day..
Good Lord! Great to see Pete up and about! God is good! I just got back from therapy, yes, they work you hard, but I love it. They are a great help. They have me walking with a cane after a spinal chord injury 8 months ago. prayers are being answered. All you Morgan fans, and the Morgans.....have a blessed day!
Blessings to you, brother from Lemon Grove, CA !!
@@johnking8679 Thank you!
I won’t argue with the God is good comment but think you need to give a lot of credit to modern medical science and the engineered equipment that docs work with. Medical scientists and engineers work harmoniously to develop newer and better diagnostic, surgical, and treatment equipment and processes, all of which not only saves lives but helps badly injured people heal MUCH faster. Just a couple decades ago, Pete may never have been able to walk and do physical work again, but look how fast he has bounced back. That result is from science and engineering.
@@profdave2861 Really.....my surgeons acknowledge Gods work. You don't need to lecture me, I spent 41 years in the medical field. For the life of me , I don't understand people's need to point out the obvious.....I suggest you take a pill......I was just thrilled to see Pete doing so well......then you come along, and make my eyes roll.....I see what Mike means by "some people's comments" 🙄🙄
@@larrypalmer2415 No need to take it so seriously, my friend. I’m not one of those “some people”, and it wasn’t “a lecture”. It’s offensive and hypocritical that you even suggest I am. In fact, it’s not at all Christian to be so critical and make nasty assumptions, so if you want to call me “some people”, I could in turn, with evidence, state that you are a hypocritical Christian who doesn’t practice what you preach.
For the record, please note that I very clearly stated that I did not in any way dispute your God is great comment. I was simply pointing out that the scientists and engineers who have helped millions of people with medical technology also deserve some credit. You also make the point that I don’t need to point out the obvious, but that is ridiculous. If you look at the comments, there is lots of reference to God - but do you see any credit or thanks to the medical scientists and engineers? Let me help with this. NO. So which do you suppose is “obvious”, God or medical science and engineering? Are you going to argue that too? All I was doing was suggesting we give credit to the non-obvious hero’s - the medical scientists and engineers that most people never think about.
And while you may have spent 41 years in the medical field, I have spent 43 years in engineering practice and education, and have designed and supported manufacturing for medical devices that save lives and provide comfort to ailing people. Do you want to criticize me for that too?
Praying for the Morgan's for God's protection from the storms racing through western Pennsylvania!
It got real ugly here for a bit but I think things are ok now
Tell Tom that he can take out the bubbles with a handheld torch. After he pours the epoxy, he can watch the bubbles and pass the torch over the bubbles, and it takes the bubbles out.
Pete,,,,a man’s man! Soooo great to see him up and about. Be careful Pete, don’t mess up the great progress you’ve made. Dang it’s good to see you standing there!
Glad to see Pete is on the mend. Those loggers are tough dudes.
Thanx for the visit mike cheers 🥂 😊
Mike tell Tom to use a little propane torch and go over it lightly and that will pop the air bubbles . Great to see Pete is up and around. God Bless.
Hair drier works for getting out the bubbles.
It's really great to see Pete up and at it. He is truly blessed to be where he is today after a traumatic accident. Prayers for his continued healing.
Good to see PETE! I wish him well! P.S. I dropped $1500 today on skid steer tires with rims and it wasn't raining. Lol.
Thanks to Mike and tom for letting us visit with them both at the same time. The circle drive video was awesome as was the inside of the house. However what is really awesome is being able to spend time with the both of you while staying out of the rain.
It's great to see that young man recovering. I have to smile when you all say "aht" for"out" and "fillder" for "filter"😅😅
So nice to see Pete up and about. I'm wishing him a full recovery. Maybe a dumb question but do they make carbide tipped sawmill blades?
Good to see Pete doing so well. Always good to have a friend like Tom, he just seems to be a guy you could talk to all day.
Thank you for supporting Tom's channel.
It is nice to see like-minded, hard-working, smart guys collaborating.
Mike I love you chatting with Tom, you both hit it off so well.
All the best Pete, glad to see you up and about! All the very best for a speedy recovery...Steve in Calgary
Morning Steve.... sunny and 14, lots of outside activities planned...
@@peteatthefarm4459 wet slushy, snow has started....off to Edmonton today, back tomorrow. Weather permitting
OMG! It was FANTASTIC to see Pete up and about!!!
As I am watching this, I have been texting with my sister and found out her husband had a tree ROLL onto him yesterday and broke his femur and tibia!
They are doing surgery at this very moment.
It will be a few months before he is able to walk.
Be safe out there, no matter what you do.
Hope he heals up quick
Extremely happy to see Pete doing so well😊😊
Wow it was great seeing Pete. Been praying for him every day. Glad to see our prayers have all been answered. 🙏
Great video glad to see Pete is up and about,
That was a fun video to watch! Great mix!
Hello Mike, great to see Pete👏🇺🇸
Michael, you ought to have Tom make contact with Cam at BlackTail Studios in Oregon to get some help on the woodwork coatings and epoxy. Cam is very, very good.
I'm sure Cam would say to buy his workshop feed to learn how. Need that money. He's use to charging $10 to $30,000 for tables. Does nice work, but for that price it had better be. Don't you think 🤔🤔🤔
Glad To See Pete Is On His Way To Recovery!!
Good to See Tom Thanks For The Video Mike!
Keep Smiling On!!
😅👍👊❤️
Thank you Lord for Pete's recovery!
Good video Mike, good to see Pete, been praying, i thought, hate to say, he was agonner. He took a hit men are not designed to take, i am convinced Divine help for sure. I think Mark Galacic is putting some things together for an Auction for Pete if i am not mistaken. Nice to see you and Tom Hause together its like a double header for us. Good part about rain, cleans the air, helps the plants, but one of the worst things is the MUD, and i know how you feel about mud, its stone time. LOL Thanks for the videos we love em. O the News letter is coming regular now and we love it. Lots of work goes into things you and Melissa do for us and we appreciate it. :)
The lean-to concept was a great choice. Great to see Pete and Tom. Thanks for the video.
Hi Mike. Nice to see Pete. The rain is: 🤬😡😠😤😫😩😖😣😞 I'm praying for a dry summer. Nice place Mr Hauses have. It will be nice. If his sawmill in a dry place. I believe. The rain is going to be worst. Before it's starts to dry out. Oh! Well! We'll see. Say Hi to Melissa, Eva, & Hunter. 😍😊😉👍👍💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Interesting video. Lots of different content. I’ll be interested in the Amish build. I hope they let you video it.
Great video, always nice to see you and Tom in a video. Great to see Pete up so quickly.
Tell Tom my son built his CNC machine at age 14, and has been producing custom work for the last 4 years, he leaves this year to study engineering. Its a great project to bring his grand kids in on.
Thanks for letting us hang out with you and Tom. Seems like he is really enjoying the mill. Stay safe everybody
Very happy to see Pete out and about.
Great to see Pete recovering well. Prayers his way.
Mike it was great to see you friend Pete up and around you property and of course Tom Hause.
Tom when you get bubbles use your torch, small propane, great video Mike, still praying for the family and Hunter have a day
USE DEEP CAST EPOXY THEN AFTER YOU FILL UP THE VOID .. USE A TORCH OVER THE TOP TO POP ALL THE BUBBLES 😉
Tom I’ve seen a few guys use a torch to burst the bubbles!
Good Morning Morgan Family 🌞- Have a Wonderful and Blessed Day 🤠- Glad to see Pete doing so well.
Thanks Mike it was great seeing Pete and Tom , Pete is definitely coming along faster than most of us thought after the accident. He is looking good. Can't wait to see the lean to and the concrete done
Great to see your purchase of augers to construct the Morgan Highway Signage. 👍👍👍
Pass this to Tom to use a heat gun or hair dryer to raise the bubbles before the polymer resin sets.
Happy to see Pete! Thanks! Prayers are with him!
Mike, I love hearing you talk about your’Mum’ as an Australian, the term Mom just sounds so weird to me, thanks for keeping it real 👍🏼
Good morning Mike. It was good to see you and Tom talking and see that beautiful piece he was working on. Cool video. 👍❤️
Tom is such a great guy.
You can work the bubbles out by heating the resin with a torch before it hardens.
Nice video guys nice rainy day to hang out
Tom make a suggestion to you look at Triple l Russell designs and also use a heat gun on that. When you get bubbles that will help pull the bubbles out. They do apoxy all the time, so they have a lot of RUclips videos. On that alright, this is Bob from Vero Beach Florida.God bless they say and have a great day
Tom. Get some total boat deep pore. You won’t have to layer it. Torch for the bubbles
Stub in a conduit for electrical power before the concrete. Turn that structure into a building by adding power and water. Just the stubs for the future. You're like me. Onto the next project when Wisconsin is calling me. That call for you is West Virginia
Its nice to see Pete...hes tall and lanky,,and hes young,,i hope he heals up quick,,,,,,and Tom,,this guys into everything,,haaa,,just like Mike.....im just sick of to much Rain....this should bring the snakes out...
Building a hay barn floor with the thick wood planks
glad to see I'm not the only one that used this that tire trick
The auger works excellent on the excavator….had one for years now, bought it to spin 36” wide footings for a cell tower job…did it without a problem….you’ll never use it on a skid steer…that way is for the guy’s that don’t have excavators.
That is a very beautiful piece of maple. I would definitely use it. In spite of the bubbles.
Hi Mike, you could do with a band-resaw to deal with your lumber after it leaves your band-rack. Stenner (Tiverton - UK) makes excellent machine’s. I had a 36” Stenner band-resaw for many years….what an unbelievable machine for high production of boards. We used it for pallet and fencing boards. Self-feeding and deadly accurate. Len (Devon 🇬🇧)
Glad to see you doing well Pete. Praying for you.
Way to go Pete!.. Glad you are doing well!
PETE!! So glad to see you back and looking good!
Awesome video with Pete and Tom!
Good to see Pete 😊 I like when you and Tom get together 👍
Great seeing Pete. Prayers
I made my first epoxy-filled table a few months back...might be the last one! It's a pretty cool process, but takes a lot of work!
So good to see Pete.
A tip for removing bubble’s from epoxy use a heat gun carefully heat while still wet and setting up the bubbles will float to the top giving you a clear epoxy product.
Mike sorry you are getting so much rain you can't do anything I wish it was the case here in Kansas were I am at the got a little bit last night bet for the last 3 to 5 years we haven't gotten very much it's so dry hopefully you will get to building keep them videos coming 👍👍🇺🇲
Hello Mike 👋, Great to see Pete is healing and up and about. Also was nice to visit with Tom. Sorry you guys are getting all the rain for now.
I'm sure it will find its way back down to s. Florida soon.
I feel it. My garden is almost dry enough to work up, but rain predicted tomorrow. I can't win.
Great progress Pete…congratulation's!,
Great to see Pete thanks Mike
Love listening to you And Tom talk, that Yinzer accent makes me homesick for Butler.
Great to see you again Pete.
Black and Gold!! Great combination!! Geaux Saints!!! That lost phone episode broke me up.. My wife goes through that same scenario several times a day.. You know, it's a proven fact that women talk more than men... Not just twice more, but dozens times more.. And when my Cajun wife loses her phone she at least doubles that amount... And you can really learn some brand new words from her (not many that you could print). And as Mike is prone to say, "She REALLY does!!"
Mike, I love it when you and Tom get together, and with your and Tom's matching wit, I know I'm gonna enjoy the video..
Rufus,
Retired air traffic controller.
Awesome video ! Glad Pete is doing good . My 2 favorite RUclipsrs Mike and Tom 2 like minded workers !
Glad to see pete up and around. Never messed with epoxy, but watching video's I see them use a propane torch or a heat gun to bring the bubbles up out of the finish. And being careful mixing, try to reduce bubbles.
Propane torch will elemenate bubbles before it dryes😊
Same here in Ulster, been raining from september, farmer's can't get crop's planted
Great to see Pete recovered and back in action again! Shout out to Hunter! Mike, it seems like the Ford F250 is your vehicle of choice to always run around in or primarily in, is that the case and if so, why please? I'm considering a Ford F250, but also like the styling of the GMC 2500 AT4 as well, so you might be able to lend me a hand in your thought process. Thanks, Brian
Good to see Pete up and about!
Mike, back in 03 when I was on break, I put an order in for a 2003 Ram 2500 quad cab 6spd diesel! I had about 100,000 miles on my 98 Dakota so I figured why not buy a new truck!! When I’m bored it’s not a good thing! Lol
I can't believe all the rain you folks are getting in Western Pennsylvania. I like the relationships that you have with other RUclipsrs. Many of the ones such as "Concrete with the Hauses,Nuts 319, Tractor Time with Tim, Wild and Wonderful West Virginia, the Messicks" are all of my favorite channels. Of course"Outdoors with the Morgans" is my all time favorite.
Just hard working folks catching up!!
You and Tom need to do more videos like this together!!
Pete has come back fast for sure. Being strong and healthy will always help in recovery. Now he needs lots of meat and taters to get a little more mass on his bones! I enjoyed your trip to see Tom. Tom really does have the equipment. He repairs and fabricates many things in his shop. He's a real jack of all trades. I am looking forward to the expansion on your shed. I hate there's been flooding there. Hang in there. Nicer days are coming. Thanks for today's video. It was very nice.👍🚜❤️🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
Love the combo with Tom.
Mike, another excellent video and rain rain go away come back some other day 😮😊❤
Clarion board takes wood chips and the paper mill.
Great to see Pete, Mike the edges you cut off could they be used as stickers ??
hi nuts great to here you are on the mend keep your head up and dont change your profession cheers to you
heat will make the bubbles go away a torch right after the pour will draw the up and out
good to see pete:)
It is very good to see Pete out and about. It is very hard to be down when you are used to being active.
Feel free to send a bunch of your rain up to Alberta. 😃
Great, great video!! Love seeing Pete and Tom!!
I hear ya with the damn rain one or two nice days and then the rain again 🥴
I use a vacuum chamber and a cheep vacuum pump to de-gas the epoxy to give you a bubble free finish.
Good on you mike for helping pete out. I bet you have done much mire for him than is disclosed. I know you have. You and all your family are great people as i see it!!
