1,2 or 6. Having lived in a NY studio many years ago i fully understand the excitement about having another room that you can transition to. Even more so when u work from home. Looking forward to rest of home move vids and hopefully sunny #2 will be a star feature in those vids

I know a lot of people that don’t like direct sunlight because it helps keep your house cooler… however I’m def like you and LOVE the naturally sunlight coming into the house. It definitely changes my mood and the immediate feel of the house! ✨

#6 has everything!!!
I think #2 for the lighting and extra space with the second bedroom. Even though you had to buy a new fridge and washer I think having more space and better lighting would be better. Also when you move you get to take the fridge and washer with you / could resell it.
I feel like you chose the first one.

I had to find an apartment in a weeks notice last month so I was JUST apartment hunting, sort of still am. They all were nice spaces, i Liked number 2😀

We’re definitely more coastal vibe type people so it might be a better fit!

Apartment #2 for sure.. having that extra room to either use as an office or office/closet room… also outside of buying a new fridge you can maybe find a deal for that and washing machine as ppl tend to sell close to new appliances when they’re moving

Lived in 2-3 apartments so far in Busan, the third one I was part of the apartment hunt, the other 2 my wife hunted and just asked me for input on what she found.
I was still living outside of korea at that time so I could not participate.
The lastone is also the one we bought so no more apartment hunting planned going forward.
One thing I didn't see you talk about is if the apartments you are in are part of a larger apartment complex or just a single tower/building.
In the start I did not think too much about it but by now I really enjoy living in an apartment complex as many nice small restaurants and shops are within them or nearby and in our case even a gym which allows me to go to our gym for just 10.000krw instead of paying the 60.000+ a regular gym outside of an apartment complex would be.
My guess would be for apartment number 2.

I would say apartment #2. I think that is the one you choose and that is the one I'd go with.
They were all so beautiful and spacious but all I kept hearing in my head before reading the other comments was #2 and it seems like I’m not the only one 😊
Korean apartments seem all so similar and I love the aesthetics. Apartment 2 is my favorite though. Also love how they have the Low-E windows (blue tinted) in some frames but not all so that way you still get some natural colored sunlight but not too much so it doesn’t get too hot

I need a nice kitchen with a large counter space and a lot of kitchen cabinets. Closet space is a must. Do you like the open floor plan?
I would say 2…specifically for the kitchen space. Maybe getting the washer and fridge won’t be too bad. That place seemed huge!😁
Or the last one cause of the closet space. Those two are similar in price. The others just seem off with lighting. Idk congrats on moving! 😊💕😊 excited to see which one you chose!

Aloha, Apartment #2 would be my choice because of the kitchen, bathroom, and natural light. My husband love to cook. Me, i love to bake which i miss in our current rental. Anywho, I'm looking forward to your new life journey.🤙🌺

I really love the one with the kitchen. You seem to cook quite a bit and also it'll be a big money saver. Not sure which one you selected because it was unclear how close the apartments were to the beach, subway and park. Looking forward to seeing your selection!
Also, I'm curious as to how your house hunt would compare with someone who doesn't have a Korean boyfriend. My assumption is that it would be easier because he speaks fluent Korean and also I think landlords would trust someone who is Korean more than a foreigner. Speculation on my part because I don't have any experience with house hunting in Korea.
You are right! It was much easier having my boyfriend help this time. In the past I worked with an English speaking realtor which was also a good experience but not as good as having my bf help🤍

I'm not great with moving, i always feel uncomfortable changing locations.

#2 or #6...I'm torn from the kitchen to the walk-in closet with shelves. Having your things put away behind closed doors leaves for a much more clean, crisp esthetic. The 2nd room office could be beneficial as well. I am sure you know what's best for family of 3! 👩🏻❤️👨🏻🐕

Apartment 2 and 6 😍😍 i like number two kitchen area and lighting and (there’s so much more room for activities 😆😆 ) but i really like the bathroom in number 6 and the vanity ( but the closet is very dangerous 😂😆)

Already know which one you got, which is the same one I’d go for!! Do you plan on making the second bedroom an office space? Especially given you have saved by salt now, it’d be helpful to have that separate space. My husband and I are upgrading to a two bedroom because of this reason. I work from home and NEED the separate work space!

I think apartment #2. You mentioned in a previous video about you paying 75% of the refrigerator cost because you wanted a nicer one than your boyfriend (who I think is really great) 🙂

Congrats on finding a place! I like #1. Nice and bright and even the jail window room I would use as a guest room or office. #2 is nice but getting a fridge and washer sounds like a hassle. What website did you use to look up apartments in Busan?

Number #2 would be my first choice if landlord would provide a fridge. The places with the open showers would be a no go. Everything would be wet. #6 would be 2nd choice.

I'd choose one or two! Can you be picky in Korea? In Australia it's so hard to find rentals right now that you kind of just have to take whatever you get approved for
From my experience as long as you have the money for the deposit, there isn’t much of an intense approval process. You just have to sign the contract fast cuz houses go quickly here

I am actually moving to Busan at the end of this year and I have a question, I have seen a lot of places that ask for a deposit of $3000 - $5000 in Busan, so that's what I am trying to save for my deposit, do you think is enough?
Hey absolutely!! Don’t worry about that. In busan there are tons of really nice new places that have 5 million won deposit ❤️ and many have even less than that if you’re willing to live somewhere a little older. Best of luck!

I know you have a dog, I have seen other RUclipsrs who live in Seoul and they always have a difficult time getting a place, but I noticed you didn't mention anything about that and I have 2 cats so I am interested in knowing how is the situation in Busan.
Wow! I knew Korea had that large deposit but I didn't think it was THAT big. $7,000- 15,000 up front is insane 😥 do people take out loans to cover that?
Right, it’s so much 😭 yes loans are definitely common for the deposit and I’ve heard of people borrowing money from family members too
