Snappy vid, Tempus. I liked the saucer joke. You can get the postage down to as low as $1 a book if you get like 100 of them in a large priority flat rate, side-by-side stacks to 5.5 inches. The medium flat rate seems like around $1.8 per book for like 50. Of course the less boards the more books.
Cheers QNS, it's about time I got some appreciation for the little bits I put in these 😄This was just a one off so I'm fine with the price for shipping etc, but thanks for the info.
Not a bad bunch at all my friend. Starting strong with Rima #1 and finishing with the best, the Justice League of America. Toos in Tarzan Family and Kamandi, a DC Comics Salutes the Bicentennal issue no less and more and I would say it was a good claim sale pick up for you indeed.
Even though it was a freebie I did get to pick that issue of Rima and this was the same week you'd done your video on that series Erik, so I thought I'd grab that one.
I was wondering what they came to with postage, for a minute there I thought it might work out OK to buy from him. A bit steep for me. Have you considered getting a Stackery account? They are meant to be good for getting books from overseas. I need them DC specials too for my run of that series. Yay Rima for the win!
This was just a one off as I was getting some freebies off of Rob, which I'd offered to pay postage on so I thought I'd see if there was anything in the claim sale as well, to be fair he did offer to help me out but it would have meant him losing out, which is very generous of him but he's selling this stuff cheap enough as it is. Still I don't think less than 6 quid a book is too bad and yes, there seems to be a bit of a Rima resurgence going on at the moment!
Good old Cheap Comic Collector. Awesome books! Love the videos.
Cheers Razor, if this is the stuff that triple C is moving on you do have to wonder what he does actually have in that collection of his!

@@erikk.5202 I did say I had the answer on very good authority as well!

Tempus !!! Holy Moly -postage to Mars isn't as bad as I thought 🤔 You snagged yourself some fun books my friend 🫡
Yes, if you look at the prices Elon Musk and Richard Branson charge to get here it's quite shocking 🤨
