  • Hausa beer, as it is popularly called is a refreshing and spicy drink. It is also known as Emudro in the Twi language. I made this with tamarind however, you can substitute with lemon or lime juice which will still give you the sour taste. You can find it mostly in the Hausa communities. Enjoy this simple recipe and please don't forget to subscribe, like, share and comment.#hausadrink #emudro #ramadankitchen #spicydrink

    You can also add a little lime juice and few drops of banana essences. Try it and thank me later.

    Great for sharing this Hausa Beer with us but the sugar content in this drink might not be suitable for some with sugar intolerance issues.
    Can you boil the ingredients after blending them then cool it down before adding the ice 🧊?
    Cheers to job a well-done.

    • @Lamicooks
      @Lamicooks  4 года назад +2

      The English name is Tamarid so I believe if you ask by same name you can find. You can find it in most Indian shops. They use it a lot. Just make sure you don't get the one with salt. Check carefully.
