SPICY TAMARIND DRINK | BIYA | EMUDRO

On Ramadan Recipe ideas today, we have Spiced Tamarind drink/juice which is packed with a lot of Nutrients and health benefit. It helps to boost the immune system.
INGREDIENTS:
300g TAMARIND
3 FINGER SIZE GINGER
1 tbs CLOVES
1 tbs BLACK PEPPER CORN
7 Pcs HOT CHILLI (ADD TO YOUR TASTE)
2 LIMES (JUICE)
3 LITRES WATER

I once bought the one with salt but fortunately tried it before
Had to go and buy some more
Used the one that is mashed but still with seeds
Tamarind is used widely in Asian cuisine but is actually indigenous to Africa
Yɔyi is a type of tamarind and i believe in the forests of the western region we have a tamarind called ɛlɔkoba it is really tastey not tart at all but very sweet.
