pretty nice! On Brazil was a restaurant called "Manekineko" or something. B4 it closes i used to go there when i had 5 - 10 years old. The soup u showed looks exactly how it looked like. Thanks for showing me a portal to taste the past in a good taste.
Just the best soup ever invented. Just sourced all my gear & FINALLY making it tonight instead of paying an absurd amount for tap-water miso at the usual sushi haunts. 😅✌️
I think it's just such a great appetizer to anything you'll eat with rice. I am going to make sure I can make Miso at any time because I know it will just go with even Hawaiian BBQ.

I just tried a miso soup from an online recipe I found which had no directions in this matter and the thing was flavorless - except the fishy smell from the wakame, which was weird for us central europeans. Shoyu has luckily saved it flavor-wise.

Hi, I was watching a video early today, and according to the program, it is really good to eat Miso soup with Natto and a bit of rice! I f I ever go to Japan I would to try this, they called Japan super food!
I am genuinely curious about why it taste so rich and good in restaurants, but when I make it the taste isn’t as good, I was thinking it’s because I get bad miso, but probably just because I didn’t use dashi packets
