    There is absolutely no need for an Interpreter for the Deaf's hands to reach further than the perimeter of their torso. Beyond that is simply overkill , unecessary, obnoxious, and distracting. There is also no reason for them to display exaggerated facial expressions.

      Non Manual Signals are a necessary part of ASL. They clue in how exagurated or intense the topic is. It is basically using adjectives like very, amazing, big, small, etc. So there is 100% a need to convey exaggerated expressions ESPECIALLY when interpreting important information.
      Also a larger signing space is common in users of BASL and is not lesser than domeone with a smaller siging space. It is just a different way of expression.
