@Foodtrail with Victor Khoo. Yes sir, you have a new subscriber and massive fan. I LOVE Char Kway Teow. Spelling varies, English speakers are fussy about spelling, Asian speaks get the pronunciation right lol. I recommend a video on Char Sui Pork. I make it (badly) but it still taste good for me.
Since this is a year old I don't expect you to answer but in case you see this I would appreciate it if you could elaborate on what kind of chili you are using.
Hi @lone Shaver…I used dried chillies. Break up in half and toss out the seeds so it’s less spicy yet has its pungent aromatic flavour when fried with the minced garlic and ginger. You can, however, use fresh chillies if you like. Cheers, Victor
Looks wonderful! Thank you.
@@kristinasullivan8198 ..you’re welcome 😊

Going to do this with some asparagus
Good idea with asparagus. Nice.
Mine didn't turn out as nice as yours, but delicious anyway.
Oh why @Tilly Kelp? But I am glad you’ve tried it. Thanks for sharing. Victor
@@foodtripwithvictor it was a great way to use left over pork roast and so quick to prepare. We all enjoyed it. Thank you for the recipe.
@@tillykelp9744 …most welcome.
