I'm obsessed with P'Art's editing. This surely brightens the whole video in addition to P'Pai's liveliness.
I also notice the change from kaffir to makrut and after some Googling I think it is a small but great gesture from Pai. And makrut is more traditionally Thai anyway. I don't know if the change is closely associated with what I've found but it would be awesome if it were.

Tomatoes (and/or its puree), coconut milk, onions, garlic and pasta make a great dish. I got this recipe from a dieting app that I used a few years ago. I've forgotten the dish's name, and the app said it's Jamaican. Can any Jamaicans confirm this?
There's a Japanese dish called oyakodon ("親子丼", literally "parent and child rice bowl") that has chicken and eggs in it. Try it and maybe make a video out of it.
