Take your vinyl cutting experience to the next level with small micro fonts. This will open a whole new world with small lettering helping you achieve sizes you may have thought impossible before.
Before our setting adjustments we were only able to get down to .5”. After we were able to get down to an 8th of an inch! Imagine the possibilities.

Here’s what we did to make such small letters!
We used our Graphtec CE6000-60 Plus cutter and paired it with our Triton Silver vinyl for maximum precision results. It was also important to replace the blade and cutting strip because even .5mm would make a huge difference - so it needed to be perfect.
Then we made a few condition changes on the cutter such as:
    - Speed - set to 15 (Reasonable speed for high detail).
    - Force - set to 21 (to be firm but not too much)
    - Acceleration - set to 2 (since we are going so slow anyway)
    - Tangential Emulation - set to 2 (which is recommended for overcut at start and end.)
    - Overcut - before AND after at .04”. (Makes sure all the precise cuts are thorough)
Finally, we placed the Triton vinyl in the cutter and sent the letting on over. If you’ve worked with vinyl before you know that using the highest quality supplies will truly make a difference in the quality and life of your finished product.
