Your porch is gorgeous! I would love to add a front porch to our house. As it is, I just have a small stoop and the door is flanked by landscaped beds. I put in two larger planters on either side of the steps and have changed those out to orange mums and added a few pumpkins going up the steps.

I bet your stoop looks amazing! Mums & pumpkins add that lovely feeling of fall.
The nice thing with your planters is you can change them each season.
Next spring I need to focus on our front flower beds. They need a facelift! I always have lots of ideas but not always enough time. 😉

@@jmcfamilyfarm Our front landscaped beds are mostly Blueberry bushes! They are pretty most of the year (not much is pretty in winter here) and give us food! 😊 We live in the suburbs but we have 7 fruit trees, 8 Blueberry bushes, and a fence row of eldeeberries. Our flower beds are all native plants to help attract pollinators.
I'm do love the two big planters. I scored a couple obelisk trellises at an estate sale that fit in them nicely and had morning glories growing vertically in them this summer with pretty trailing flowers growing over the edge (that I can't remember the name of!)

That’s a great idea to have blueberry bushes! I considered planting them here this past spring but the garden centre told me they would do well in our soil.
I love finding things & re-purposing old things. It definitely adds character! It just sometimes takes a bit of creativity. 😉

Just an update about the sunflowers ...... they dried out WAY TOO fast. I would not recommend putting them on your porch.
