Balcony is nice
Lived there a couple years. Pool is big, but extremely shallow which limits the swimming techniques. Boat ramp is close, which is nice, except the noise from boats revving engines early in the morning.

Hi Tony, I often watch the videos about condos. We are planning to go to pattaya Thailand in the near future and we have been watching a lot of videos from other bloggers as well. It really help us a lot and give us idea what to expect. We are into weight lifting and I know that most people don't go to the gym. However, it will be nice to see the gym equipment like if they have dual cable or bench press or just cardio equipment, if the condo you are showing has that amenities. When it comes to the room, it would be nice to see the room kitchen if there is an oven or just a stove or if there is none in the moment, then if it is possible to get one or use one inside the room. And also, it would be nice to see the bathroom if there is a bathtub or just a shower. Because I think that there are people like me who are into health and would prefer to cook my own meal to stay healthy. We are into real estates and thats what we always look for, like in the kitchen if there is an oven or just burner or if the bathroom has bathtub or just shower. Your videos really a great help. Hello Steve, thanks for the suggestions! I try to show the gym rooms in the videos but sometimes there are people working out and I don’t want to invade their space. Often times I just quickly shoot what I can without showing anyone inside. As for kitchens this condo didn’t have a stove. Most people go out to eat since it’s less work and not expensive but I understand sometimes it’s nice to cook something in your own kitchen. This condo is for sale so you can easily put an electric stove in. For rentals you can buy a low cost electric burner. As for the restrooms I keep a look out for tubs and showers. Good video. Nice place and location, but would be perfect if they had installed a little 2 burner cooktop. The plug in table top convection cooker you'd need to get are a pain to use.

Great videos, but they don’t show the closet space, it only shows just the door and I was wondering if any room safes were installed. Also myself and my wife are thinking of coming out in 2025 for a couple of weeks or 12 nights and you are only showing prices to purchase not to rent, please advise
Almost all condo rentals require a 6mos to 1yr contract. As for room safety boxes the owners can get one installed if you need it. They’re very inexpensive. Thanks for watching!

The land office estimate for this unit size and location by the beach (Jomtien is priced higher) puts this unit right in the selling price + fully custom furnished. If you guys are looking for something more within your budget we can find a few more Viewtalay units in their other complexes 👍

Hello Tony Surman. This unit is only for sale. Also it is tough to find a condo rental for only 1 month. Minimum now is 1 year with the rare occasion of 6mos. I think your best bet would be to find a serviced apartment directly.
Wondering why someone would buy since the rents are pretty low there?
Buying property makes sense if you plan on living here long term. If you have the cash just sitting (without other investments) then buy here, live in the unit, and when you’re ready to move or need the money sell the condo. You saved on rent for all the time you were in Thailand, you were able to customize the unit how you see fit, and maybe you even made a little bit of profit on the sale. Thanks for watching! 👍
Nice renovation as this building is quite dated… Too bad it’s on a low floor and has one of the worse views in the building…
