I remember getting the bad ending first time I played this game. Then I got the good ending second time. I was absolutely blown away by how amazing a game could have an ending on two different outcomes
I had no idea that you could slow down the crushing mechanism. I tried to kill this guy with the self destruct magic and blow my lives and it wasn't fast enough. The only way we figured out how to beat him was to make sure you get the power up the stage before and hit yourself with the electrical shield. He goes down fast with the power up. The first time I beat the game I was surprised at how hard they made it to get the good ending, lol. I was probably only 9 or 10 at that time.
I remember getting ROS back in the early 90s for the Genesis model 2. it was used and the cart costed 20 dollars. The first time I ever beat the game I got the ending where Joes fiance got killed by the ceiling. Later on I was able to get the good ending. Not that long I found a trick that you can slow down or stop the wall by shooting the chain on the left or right.

@@lentarian4065comix zone is similar to that however the game has 3 endings the good ending where sketch defeats mortus and saves the girl 👧 the bad ending where sketch defeats mortus only and the worst ending where you you get a game over at any time and mortus turns into a human being

No, I don't think so, the bad ending music sounds sad, while the good ending sounds epic.

I actually get where you are coming from. Both are somber in a sense but I do think the happy ending fits as well. It's odd.

No...The Ending Is Based On If You Save The Girl During The Final Boss Fight
