Do you know for a fact that he has? If he has, do you believe that there’s any evidence of it? If the Clintons are still free, Trump will never go to jail or prison. All of these have credible cases and largely have only been stalled by the fact that the current Justice Department believes that it cannot prosecute a sitting President.
In less than two months, Trump will not be a sitting President and no longer have this protection.
Additionally, even on the off-chance that the courts rule that a sitting President can pardon themselves, the tax fraud charges are a state level crime, meaning he could still be charged with them by the state of New York.

More often than not, tax evaders get away with heavy fines in lieu of prison sentences, Moreover, Trump, like many very wealthy people, will continue to throw monkey wrenches into the judicial system with appeal after appeal and other rope-a-dope tactics until revenue agencies finally become open to a low-punitive settlement.
The hope of many that Trump could finally be held accountable for his crimes may be remote. At most, one can imagine him at a white-collar correctional facility like that of his former lawyer Michael Cohen, as opposed to hard time at a penitentiary-and a year or so at a penal country club is the best-case scenario for those who want to see him doing laundry at Attica.

President Donald Trump’s legal team on Dec. 3 presented surveillance footage at a Georgia state legislature hearing that show ballot-counting workers telling poll observers late at night on Election Day to leave before continuing to count and pulling out what appears to be suitcases filled with ballots.
A spokesperson for Fulton County, in an email to The Epoch Times, did not dispute the authenticity of the video.
In the hearing on Dec. 3, Jackie Pick, a lawyer who is volunteering with the campaign’s legal case, said the team received video footage from State Farm Arena’s vote-tabulation center in Fulton County, Georgia. The team said that GOP poll watchers weren’t allowed to watch the counting process in the poll center.
According to Pick, an unusual occurrence took place later in the evening at around 10 p.m. local time. A woman-described as a blonde woman with braids-told workers to stop counting and notified everyone to go home.
Describing the video footage, Pick said, “Everyone clears out, including the Republican observers and the press, but four people stay behind and continue counting and tabulating well into the night.” The four counted unobserved until about 1 a.m.
Pick said that video footage shows Fulton County election workers waiting at their scanning areas until GOP poll watchers and reporters left the room before they started “scanning ballots,” ostensibly without any observation. Pick noted that this contravenes state and county law.

Ok in a nutshell. This is going to the Supreme Court. Where they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale. It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.
This is where it gets good. The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote… 30 states are held by Republicans and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution, and the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar event will take place. This is The law. This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This will all happen in January. The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election, and that will never happen. So, stop watching the fake news and don’t let your heart be troubled. Live your life knowing this will all work out. President Trump will remain President. I have researched all of this and it is Fact!
Another fun fact, they called Gore the President Elect for 37 days in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner. And two people that will be part of that decision are none other than new Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed? The modern political landscape has far more to do with how the new deal coalition collapsed than with any party “switch.” Also, you keep misunderstanding my argument. I am saying that American political parties have been able to survive events like the Civil War, so Trump isn’t going to destroy the Republicans the same way that Buchanan didn’t destroy the Democratic Party.
