If you follow me on tiktok, you may already know about this crossover.
This is an animatic centred around my hereditary / warriors au. Hereditary is a horror film, which works surprisingly well in the wc universe.
I’m aware this is veryyy niche, but I’m doing this for myself really
This animatic is about Joan (same name as the og film) a kittypet who carries out her cult leader’s plan after her death.
Owlstar (the corpse/cult leader) is Ellen in the film.
I mainly wanted to play around with expressions, and reference Ari Aster’s cinematography in the first shot, as well as the digging scenes.
There’s often a big open space with an action happening in the distance on one side of the frame.

I found your art through TikTok and I love the warriors/ heredity crossover, it’s very creative. The audio and art really emphasize Joans unstable character and her reaction to the family falling apart was scary, great video!

THIS WAS THE CRAZIEST SHIT IVE EVER SEEN?!?!?! Ive been a hereditary fan since its come out and i had to do a double take at the title for this video. I love the alterations youve made to the story to fit the kitty world and MANN i just cant get over seeing such a unique AU. Youve done an awesome job dude and id love to hear more of how youve changed the hereditary plot for your AU!!

A psychological horror film directed by ari aster
I watched the movie..... it's creepy in every way. Joan is terrible here (in a good way), she was part of a cult in the movie, but she was a reserved sweet old lady until the end of the movie, but knowing her true nature, I can believe that she is actually an obsessive, psychopathic and fanatical person. This animatic gave me Felidae vibes, I would like to watch such an animated cat horror movie! I have looked through all your materials on the film and I am delighted with the designs! I immediately knew who was who! and how the setting of warriors is woven into the plot of the film is amazing! I wish I had more of this au , especially considering how much the film impressed me! ❤
