I totally agree with your opinion on working out. I'm a 82 year old x marine, on healthy journey. I workout three times a week on a full body workout. I use light to medium weights. I follow your routine pretty much. God bless
Yeah I've been working out off and on over the years. My goal is to loss my belly fat which I hate, I lost over 20lbs. In 6 months. I'm 5'10" 199#. My goal is to get 185#. I'll get👍

Can't thank you enough for the time under tension lessons seems at 67 they work best and the tri reps, only 2 years into following you in u-tube my stroke damage has improved in regaining strength to do most all the daily chores on a farm . Great info Gary. Thanks. I just subscribed to your Instagram as well. Do you know if there is any truth to what I heard that Metformin decreases your ability to build muscle? I take 2 Metformin a day for Diabetes.
HIT works for my situation, go in, 30 minutes of absolute training and exhaustion, done. As for nutrition, i would really suggest you to look into low carb diets and why they're the way to eat and stop carb loading. It's detrimental to health, anyone's health.
I'm guessing you absolutely didn't watch, or understand the video. Everyone is different. I'm glad you found something you like, but I promise you, after 30+ years of being a health and fitness coach, everyone responds differently to different workout stimuli and nutrition.

Hey Tom, thanks for watching! I work for LIve Anabolic as well and I started with that company over 5 years ago as a coach and educator. We didn't have any supplements initially. This is my personal RUclips channel so I do more coaching here and less promotion, if that makes sense. Live Anabolic has some good supplements, but I am more about nutrition, working out consistantly, and prioritizing sleep. I have been a coach for close to 30 years and I have gotten amazing results for my clients for decades without supplements, so I will always be a coach first on this channel.
