This tutorial has been lying in my playlist for quite a while now and finally, I thought of making it, I'm slow at crocheting... I've used a lemon yellow yarn and a 3.5mm hook. I'm currently on day 3 and I'm on the 2nd shoulder patch, oml I can't wait to wear it!! And it's currently 3:38 am, I'm not sleeping till I'm done now!
Anyways, I love the tutorial, it was super easy and amazing! I took up big projects before and they took ages to complete, was looking for something that I could make quicker and could wear daily. So thank you for this tutorial!!!

Thank you for the video! How do you stop the string/chains from the shoulder to stop turning? The chains from the shoulder were twisted which is why I couldn't finish it. Do you have any tips?

Do you use acrylic yarn for all your projects? Especially the summer items? Not sure which material yarn to use when
Since we crochet so much acrylic is the easiset we can purchase is bulk, but we do switch up yarn type and tools on ocassion. Really just depends on the project and design, but we make our designs so that you can use whichever yarn you 'd like. 😊
its nice to use a light wool or a cotton/linen/bamboo fiber for summer items

Hmmm, this one is fairly simple so I don't think the directions would be too different. 😊
Hi! I'm also left handed and working on this project. I suggest you don't worry much, with the underarm, neck curves and edges it can be a bit confusing at first, but I replay the parts a few times and so far I was able to get it, you just need to 'horizontally flip the image' shown in the video.
The inc/decreases could be the most challenging if you're making this in another size or fit. When you're past the middle on the front and back, at each row fold along the middle line and mirror your previous rows in reverse. Or if you're like me and don't keep proper track of your increases, this could result in a 'freestyle' curve which I don't mind at all, as long as it's the same compared to the middle row on both sides. :)
I can only encourage you to start, I love making this.
How do you manage to keep your lower edge straight?! Mine keeps rising with every row as if I’m decreasing at the bottom🤦♀️
Hmmm, Are you keeping track of the number count? sometimes an accidental Decrease will happen.

Hi! Our patterns give chain and row counts for a size small as a reference and helpful tips on where to measure for other sizes/fits to ensure you get your perfect fit. 😊 All of those tips are within the tutorial with visuals as well!

where in the video are instructions to change size of the finished product?
im not the creator but i would just follow her instructions except do it to your body. i had to make it a bit longer due to what im using it for and also due to the fact i have broader shoulders. it came out amazing just not the same size as hers
The Easy in the titule definitely threw me off 😭, ended up taking to days to make it and the opening for the head is way too small. Have to keep trying 💪🏼. Thanks for sharing the pattern 😉

I used 100% cotton yarn which was not pre-washed; I washed the finished crochet project and now it fits great!
