DN 300 ( 12 inch )HOT TAPPING WITH TONISCO SYSTEM

DN 300 Hot Tapping was carried out using DN 300 TONISCO Hot tapping valves. The size of the mainline was DN 500 and the material of the mainline was construction steel. The pressure in the mainline during the hot tapping was 6,0 bar. The hot tapping work was carried out by TONISCO HOT TAPPING SERVICE and the whole procedure at whole took less than 5 hours.

Ist schon toll! Da benutzt man ein aufwändiges Equipment und dann ist nicht mal eine Skala dran und man nutzt einen abgefuckten Meterstab mit der Genauigkeit eines Faustkeils.

The mechanics looked like they knew what they were doing until i seen the welder jump straight to the cap on that butt weld for the spool peice off the hot tap. You haven't heard of a root pass, and a hot pass? Those aren't x-ray quality welds...chances are there's zero penetration and that's very dangerous and won't stand the test of time... I can guarantee you those welders aren't properly trained!

it's not water.. District Heating / City Heating pipe. it's 130 C...... but your equipment looks little crappy.
