First, full disclosure, I have ordered one of these amazing cars from Matt, so you may consider my opinion biased. I have owned several "super cars" and have driven even more. I have test driven this very car in the video twice. I was blown away. In fact, I cut short my 2nd drive for fear of getting arrested. The power is just so linear! The decades old problem of turbo lag is now solved. Use an electric motor to fill in the gaps. This will be my first Mclaren, but I have always been impressed by their handling. As Matt mentioned, with this new engineering, they have made it even better. One drive and you will know what a monster this car will be on back roads or the track but, in comfort mode, it is incredibly civilized and will function phenomenally as a daily driver. As for Matt, he is just fantastic. He really knows cars and especially super cars. If you are even the least bit considering getting any super car, you should try and make your way over to St Pete and see him and give this car a test drive. It is refreshing to deal with such an honest, knowledgeable professional that makes you feel like a valued client and a friend as opposed to everyone involved with that company out of Maranello. As for me, I plan on using the 3 months I have to my expected delivery date to go for my 3rd go round at a performance driving school. Great Job Matt! Keep the videos coming.

This is quite a striking looking car. I prefer the looks of this over the 570 it replaces. I also prefer the sound of this v6 over any Maclaren v8 except the P1. Nice spec too......8/10......PS: nice video Sir

Brilliant video Matt, it's been a long wait for this car, but after test driving it with you, I was really (and I have to say a little surprisingly) impressed!!! Mclaren have stepped up their game quality wise, as well as with fit and finish on the Artura.
Most informative video I have seen so far for the Artura! Thank you. How was your experience with the B&W system? From the video the 360 degree cameras look like blobs of nothing. Is that even useful?
hey thanks for watching.. B + W placed the speakers better in this car and we have a sub woofer now too.. I like the "on stage " setting.. its really clear .. The car has many more features but I try and keep the videos to 15 mins or less you know.. Apple car play by wire is awesome etc. 360 cameras didnt catch well on screen.. its wonderful in person. its very glossy inside the car and washes out the video LOL
Great video! Really gives a good feel for the car on a real road in real conditions. I love the color of the test car too. I think that an unexpected competitor to this might indeed be a used 720S. For around equal money, which would you have?
Hello from Swansea, have not heard from you for some time even though I subscribed to your Chanel since you started, hope all has been well with you ? The colour combination is fantastic…. Question ? …. Does this car have the hydraulic suspension like the 12C 650S and 720S ? Love the car, great overview ….. design reminds me of the 570GT ….. hear in the Uk very low mileage from McLaren 570 GT FOR UNDER £100K ….. great value ? Look forward to your next video …. Don’t forget Wales are playing in the WC football in a couple of weeks time and we are in the same group phase as England ??? Come on Wales ? Cheers.
Thank you mate.. it has the similar damper but includes large anti roll bars front and rear this time.. The 5 point multi link rear stops lift and compression better then previous cars.. its amazing..
Yeah I hear you.. the new Mercedes C63 is a 4 cylinder.. the powers that be in Government are forcing this stuff sadly. Do you think it makes NA cars more valuable over time?

Thats a good call Mate.. the 720 is quicker for sure but the tech with the electric motor makes this respond faster initially..

Sport exhaust 570 loudest but similar sound really in all 3 .. thank you for watching
noticeable delay on manual upshifts unfortunately but i think it looks great
The intake sound is piped in.. if you listen to the downshifts then you hear it real time.. its really fast..

Get the car certified for sure from a McLaren dealer and enjoy.. Bristol maybe closest to you.. under 100K seems like a steal for sure..
