The walk to La Playita to the west is several minutes and the walk to the east to Playa Grande is about 10 minutes. Both beaches on either side of the villa are sandy beaches with calm waters. This is a very beautifull property on a dream location and well designed all together. The guesthouse makes up the lack of space in the house. However the house is not big, build with single wall concrete blocks like everywhere in DR. not sure what a realistic lot value would be without construction but all this together 1.7M...? and....Not even in the middle of- but on the edge of nowhere?...hospital? Supermercado? 1.7 is way over asked.
